I’ve seen Lesley several times and I leave every time wishing I could go every day! I’ve been a few times just for stress and muscle tension and have felt much better leaving. I also had a couple sessions while I was pregnant and it was amazing! Just hitting some of those points helped so much with back and hip pain. I love how she explains what she’s doing. It gives you confidence that she is safe and knows exactly what points to hit to help you with your specific needs.
