I received a mailer for this dealership. The mailer was for free Apple laptop, Apple IPad, or gift card, so I went to the dealer. I found out I had won a gift card, but was told they are out of gift cards. This was on a Saturday. I was told by the salesman to come back on Monday as the manager has told him there would be more gift cards then. I returned on Monday, was told to sit and wait, after 30 minutes I was told there are not gift cards available. I had tried to get to look at a car on Saturday when I was there, but could not get any correct information about the car I was looking at. It seemed as though they were only interested in unloading cars on unsuspecting buyers. The cars in the flyer we were told they never had for sale. Definite bait and switch at this dealership. I would not send a sea slug to this dealer for a car, nothing but lies, lies, lies!!!

Customer service was horrible «Pat» was so concerned with everything else that was going on. I believe he forgot we were trying to buy a car. honeslty because of this I’ll never buy from them again. My girlfriend that purchased the vehicle gave all the info the week before to I believe another gentleman which was a huge waste of time. Cause we had to do it all over again. Needless to say we were there for 7 hours! The owner himself seemed awesome but I wish he would have stuck around… maybe he would have done something about it. Customer service is a huge deal with me. But is was a nightmare.

I was browsing their inventory online when I stumbled upon two vehicles that I was very interested in. I applied for credit and received a call the next day from Sam Gardner. He stated that he had great news and to give him a call back. I called back and asked about the particular vehicle they had in stock and he said he absolutely had it and to come down asap to test drive it. I came in the very next day, 25 hours after we spoke on the phone about a specific vehicle I wanted to see.
When I arrived I wasn’t even greated, I heard a voice from behind the desk asking how they could help me. I could barely understand the man considering he had his mouth stuffed with whatever he was eating. I told him I was there to see Sam and he said that he would get him. I waited a few minutes and eventually someone else helped me out. We went outside to a vehicle that wasn’t the one I was interested in (wrong color, wrong interior) and was told by the salesman that it was in fact gray not black. As soon as I opened the door and seen the interior I told him I was not interested.
We walked back inside and I was told they sold both cars I was interested in and they didn’t have any more but thwy could order one for me. I told them I wanted a specific vehicle but continued to try and sell me something I didn’t want. I was pre approved for a loan from my bank which is why I wanted a specific vehicle. The salesman tried asking me how much I had and when I told him it was a private amount he got an attitude and said «it doesn’t matter to me.» Than why ask???
This was a horrible car sales experience and will never return to this location or any al piemonte location ever.

I went to Al Piemonte Super Car Outlet after being told I was pre-​approved. I spoke with the salesman on the phone first, and went in expecting to deal with all of the extra bells and whistles that you get when trying to get a new car with less than perfect credit. What I didn’t expect was the little to no effort that was made by the salesman. He called one bank and came back and told me that they would take my trade in (a vehicle that I’ve already paid off) as well as a down payment and that I can get a loan on a car — with a horrible paint job and was actually older than the car I was trading in– just to have a loan in my name to help build my credit. I was in complete shock. How can any educated person, let alone a salesman that should know better, even suggest such a horrible idea! And then he went on to say «well I can call other banks but you’ll be here a while». I would have much rather he explain that it was late in the day and he didn’t want to be there too late to assist me, which I figured was the case. However, if you aren’t prepared to provide the so called excellent customer service that you advertise, then you should consider that when making arrangements for customers to come in. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
