I ordered a cheese burger, and it came out like warm. Tater tots however were warm. I continued to order a vanilla shake which came out 10 minutes after I ordered it & they were not busy may I add. It was like drinking a glass of milk luckily they replaced it. Still wouldn’t return

Terrible service!!! After I pushed the red button for service, I saw the team leader/​assistant manager turn the machine off to avoid taking my order; I pressed the button for service multiple times and she turned it off multiple times. After 3 minutes of pushing the button she finally acknowledged my order, which were 2 drinks only. I had to end up waiting 16 minutes just to get my drinks. During that wait, I saw other customers arrive, place their order of food, and leave with their food before I got my drinks!
