It was extremely hot outside when I saw this Baskin Robbins. It was like water in desert for me))) hit the snickers one and killed it ride away. It was yummy. Want to thank the staff, very polite and nice person.

The guys that were there last night are really nice. They were pretty busy, but never rushed you.
We tried a few flavors and they offered to let us try as many as we wanted. It’s actually smart because then we get double scoops and plan out the other flavors for our next visit tonight lol!

This was a great location, and then all of a sudden In the mid to late 90’s this place got taken over by Korean’s (not that there’s anything wrong with that). I’m not sure if they still own it, but I noticed the scoops got smaller, and the attitude of the workers was horrible. I recommend choosing a different Baskin Robbins, because this is just about as bad as it gets. I will never forget them trying to charge me 10 cents for a water cup.

This baskin Robbins sucks the ice cream tasted old and my friend said his cappuccino blast sucked. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the customer service was pretty good. Overall I will never come back here CAUTION STAY AWAY!!!

Loved the service here by a young man, super friendly and courteous! Just for everyone’s info-​they actually sell you the whole brownie they use in the milkshakes for ONE motha f’n dolla! Yes, you saw right. I don’t know if this was common knowledge or I’m the last to know, but just in case. Also $ 9 for a large milkshake here, I better learn now to make them!
Minus one star because this location does not have a punch card, the Chatsworth location does.

The environment wasn’t clean at all so it was’t appropriate for serving icecream!
The quality of icecream ingredients were completely ordinery so I don’t know why the menu prices were unfair!

ugh… bad service… loud irritating techno music… employees more interested in their cell phones and their own plans than actually helping anyone… and on top of this. its EXPENSIVE! That being said… the ice cream was good… was it worth it?

Good olé’ Baskin Robbins. The parking here can be bad, but I usually get lucky and just park on the street right outside the front door. The last time I came here, there was just a single worker behind the counter helping a line of 5, so it took us a good amount of time to be served. It looked like he didn’t have a sense of urgency, but whatever, the cappuccino blast was pretty worth it.

I loove baskin robins and one of my favorite things to get here is the oreo cookie shake
this was my first time to this location and was craving an oreo cookie shake!
i was the only person in the store by the time i ordered, no line and not busy
one worker too, friendly, good service
but i give it 2 stars instead of 5 because the guy put so much milk and blended it so much, it literally tasted like a thick milk drink with hints of chocolate mush.
I’m used to my usual Baskin Robbins oreo cookie shake being thick, creamy, with chunks of oreo pieces here and there!
this was a disappointing shake that i hope i don’t have to deal with again :/

Came here late with my brothers and some friends.
The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful.
She gave us all samples of what we wanted to try, and they sure did have lots that each of us wanted to try too!
She was very quick with service while cleaning the store and preparing to close shop as well! She’s amazing!

Back when I used to live in Washington (moved a year ago) I used to have this thing called a «Ice Cream Bonding Time» with my younger sister.
We would always go to Baskin Robbins near our house when I wanted to talk about boys and crushes or just randomly hang out with her.
We would always get the same flavors, Cherry Jubilee for me and Vanilla for her.
My sister is actually visiting for spring break and today was the day we went to a Baskin Robbins!
The employees looked kinda miserable today… and a random person just rolled down their window when I got into my car and stared at me …
We had Wild N’ Reckless Sherbet and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!
:) brings back memories!
