I commend Blue Sky for having the most supportive staff! I’ve been a nurse for many years and have had so many bad experiences with home health agencies that either come in to assess my patients late or don’t manage their care well. Blue Sky always has prompt staff and I honestly trust them to take care of my patients and prevent rehospitalizations.

Dr.Ahn gave me the brochure for blue sky and told me to to call them. I The following day because we had questions about insurance and out of state coverage. Few minutes later everything was clear and we began services for occupational and physical therapy. Sometimes I wish they had a female speaking occupational therapist but aside from that we are very pleased.

2nd time my aunt has been with this agency. First time the nurses were great. Second time the nurses were even better.
I asked the nurse what I could do to show how thankful I was and she said to just be honest if the agency calls for a follow up. So I decided to go beyond and leave a little review.

I searched for many agencies in the Santa Monica area for my grandfather Jacob. After a extensive search online I came across blue sky home health care’s Unilocal account (thank you Unilocal).
The following morning I called blue sky and spoke with Alan, he was very helpful and I appreciate him for making this process easier to figure out. I had a nurse at home hours after speaking with him. We are currently still in service with blue sky and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Alan and team !

Naturally, if you cant look after a loved one you seek reliable outside help. Evaluating and deciding whom is to care for a member of your family is complicated, they all seem to offer the best, most loving, kind, gentle you name it care so its different to say the least — not like choosing a new restaurant. That being said, I cant say that Blue Sky is the very best (parking is a drag sometimes) because i havent dealt with anyone else. My grandfather (coolest guy ever) is 99 years old; really popular guy. He needs various medical attention such as medicine administered etc and he speaks spanish — Blue Sky was very good about having a bilingual nurse and things have gone well and I think the piece of mind that results when dealing with individuals that are as empathetic as they are professional is of value in these circumstances.

True professionalism.
Our family made the right choice going with blue sky hhc. Our Doctor recommend a local home health and he was so right. My grandmother never had an issue and the agency was quick and responsive. It was such a big burden lifted off my back having them care for her, they provided great wound care services and physical therapy. They updated me weekly with her progression. Thank you guys so much.

One of a kind experience here at Blue Sky Home Health Care. The office staff, Allen and Annie, were always very helpful and explained very thoroughly what was going to happen, who would call, or wanted to make a visit. They were always very accommodating and made rescheduling as painless as possible!
I definitely recommend Blue Sky to those looking for a comfortable experience.

My doctor recommended my grandfather to switch agencies after we had an issue with a hospital recommended agency.
Blue sky home health care, inc was the agency the doctor had recommended and I’m so glad we listened. From beginning to end everything was perfect. The nurse was extremely flexible and really went out of her way to make my grandfather happy.

Anyone who has searched for a home health agency for their elderly relative would understand how difficult it is to find one that is reliable, accommodating, and more importantly, truly caring about their patients. Blue Sky has been paramount in providing five-​star care for my aging grandmother. Madeline and the rest of the team run an airtight ship and they are on top of even the finest details. Excellent communication, accommodation, and simplification of the entire in-​home health process.
With only a few phone calls they facilitated the in-​home visits of a physical therapist, doctor, nurse, occupational therapist, and home care provider. All covered under Medicare.
I currently am and will continue using them. I would recommend anyone reading this review to pick up the phone and call. This is what you’re looking for.
P. S. They can also accommodate foreign-​speaking patients. Call and ask.
