History

Established in 1986.

Caljava began by being the first company to make available the largest selection of edible handmade sugar paste flowers for bakeries and at-​home bakers. Then they began to expand to distributing unique handmade edible sugar cupcake decorations and other cake accents made of sugar. Caljava is also the manufacturer of FondX Rolled Fondant which is one of the widest used rolled fodnant icings in the world. Followed by other rolled fondant lines; Elite Rolled Fondant, Nu-​Wrap Rolled Fondant, and Sweet Inspirations White Chocolate Rolled Fondant. Caljava began expanding their selection of products by offereing a large selection of cake decorating tools and molds, all types of edible colorings such as food gel color, airbrush colors, dusting colors and disco dust. Caljava’s Academy of Cake Design is also known world wide, inviting only premeir pastry chefs and cake designers from all over the world to come and share their knowledge to anyone and everyone at our education facility.

Manager

Alan is the Marketing Director of Caljava. Growing up in a full service bakery and a wedding cake studio, he is eager to share his passion and knowledge of all types of cakes with bakeries and at-​home bakers. He travels the world sharing his knowledge about the industry and Caljava’s products to help cake businesses large or small do the best that they can.
