Found this place on Unilocal for their great tasting food, ordered steak and chicken wet burritos for our company lunch. AND everyone loved it. I am ordering Castillo wet burritos again for this weekend :) Juan and Lalo believe run the place and are super friendly.

I us to come here a lot when I went to high school next door. The owner is always friendly and you get really great service. Came back the other night and it hasn’t change. I got a asada burrito and it taste the same as it did in high school. Parking is easy to find.

This place is more nostalgic then anything. As probably most reviewers they probably lived in the area or went to Cleveland high school. I was of the latter. I remember fondly coming here after school to spend my parents money on a burrito or some tacos. Although this place isn’t the best, it’s decent. Burritos are good, tacos are tasty. They season the meat right and it comes out tasty.

Placed a delivery order for 4 burritos, a taco and some nachos. For our first time ordering from this restaurant, we were not impressed. The chips were extremely stale– so stale, that they were even rubbery(we got a side of chips as well, so it wasn’t due to all the wet stuff that come with nachos). I told the person that I talked to on the phone(a gentleman) that we «don’t like onions» — *everything* came with onions. The taco was SMOTHERED in onions and the burritos, that were only«rice beans and cheese inside» — came with chopped onions as well. I even clarified, again, with the fact that we all do not like onions. The person on the phone told me it’d be here in 35 minutes. We called at 5:22pm, they got here at almost 6:30pm. If they would’ve quoted an hour, we would’ve expected an hour… and they are only 2 miles away from us. The only good thing was the meat… it was pretty tasty. But, overall, extremely dissatisfied with everything. Probably will not order from here again.

I love there burritos ! And there tacos. I have been coming here since they open and whenever I want some burritos or tacos this is my come to place. The owners are also very nice and talkative. I have tried the burgers also, but the wet burrito asada is the one for me. Yummy

Wet burritos are amazing hands down, a bang for your buck. The service is great, the resturant is clean & the deliveries are fast. Use to come here all the time, as a former student of Cleveland High. Ate some good food & had some unforgettable moments with friends.

This place is amazing, I went here for 2 years then I had to move but every time I went I was happy. Staff is very nice and the prices are great. My only complaint is the place is very small. Make sure to come with patience.

Food is good standard Mexican street type. Tacos are big and you don’t need Three. Salsa was fresh and the hot was hot. They wanted to charge for a refill on the coke but that was not a big deal.

This small taqueria has low prices, large portions and tasty food! I would’ve given it a 5 had the salsa been better and had more variety. I will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to get Mexican food in the Valley. The workers are always friendly and adorable. I love going here when it’s not too crowded. If you want to eat here, try to come before 3 on weekdays. The local school(Cleveland) lets out around then and the restaurant easily fills up with customers. When it’s not too crowded, the workers will usually come and bring the food to your table. They do deliver locally, but there is a $ 12 minimum fee, I believe. I’ve tried a few things on their menu, but it always comes down to a wet carne asada burrito or carne asada nachos. Both are super good. Their ranchero sauce that they put on their nachos are to die for! Their portions are also really good and fair for their price. Don’t be surprised if you can’t finish your meal! They also give complimentary chips with your burritos. This is a lovely neighborhood joint. I find myself craving Castillos every once in a while. Whenever I go home, I always make sure to visit here!

One of my favorite mexican places in the valley. The food is good and it’s decently priced. Not only that the guys here are very friendly makes you want to come back. Found this place one year ago and I still come when I feel like eating mexican food and not waiting forever to get my food. Plus they do have beer if your in the mood to watch a game and drink a few. Overall good place.
