Dahl Aesthetic Skin Care & Spa

Dahl takes good care of my skin as always. I came here yesterday to give myself a treat. I have the deepest pores with black head everywhere!!! Luckily, Dahl does extraction more meticulously than anyone else I know. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and my skin feel cleaner than ever. I love her oxygen therapy as I feel like my skin feel so hydrated and oxygenized. I’ve had Hydrofacial as well and it works amazing! She is very knowledgable and you can always rely on her opinion. The spa is equipped as advanced as the ones in Beverly Hills but in a very reasonable price. The location could be a little challenging to find but you can always give her a call and she will guide you through. I can only trust her with my skin.

I rarely write reviews let alone negative ones, however today’s experience warrants a review. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks. When I scheduled the appt I informed Dahl that I had a gift certificate that I had bid on and won. I show up today and Dahl’s employee greets me and then immediately says she doesn’t know if she can «honor» the gift certificate. She tries to reach Dahl and has me wait for over 15 minutes. By this time I am annoyed and insulted. I have received many gift certificates over the years– NEVER have I walked into a Burke Williams or any other establishment that questions honoring their gift certificates. Poorly run business. Wasted time driving all the way out to Northridge for nothing. Buyer beware and go to a reputable place.

DAHLS work is amazing. I had a Hard time trusting anyone with my skin especially having a traumatizing experience with my last facial lady! I have been going to her for 2 years now!!! The reason I’m giving her a 3 is because they are notorious for not picking up their phone or returning messages. I have both numbers and Noone picks up. I will leave messages, text message, or voice mail and no response. Today miraculously I got a call back but 645a in the morning!!! Who calls you that early??? And I left a message Monday and they are calling me back Wednesday morning at 645??? If they answer their phone, with out having me to call back 2−3x then I would give it a 5!

I’ve known Dahl since 2008 when I used to go to another aesthetic spa & she was helping the owner. Soon after I followed her when she was starting up her own business. Dahl is Great– very professional. She will tell you the truth on what you need to better your skin and what she can’t do & tell you to seek medical attention if needed– BTW: she is an RN. Dahl is the best in this business she won’t try to up sell you in something you don’t need! Her staff, specially Marissa is wonderful. I’ve been to other spas and they will only spend 1 hour on your face because that’s their time alloted for the next customer. Dahl spa will take as long as needed to take out the black head, white head and acne in your face or chin. If you are looking for another aesthetic skin spa, please try her out. I guarantee you, you will be more than satisfied.

I’m so lucky to have met Dahl. Prior to that, I was suffering from acne even in my 30’s. That was 4 years ago, now my face is clearer, softer, & younger-​looking than ever — thanks to Dahl Aesthetic. I have gotten so much compliments on my skin since then. I’ve tried facials from other spas but they’re just not the same as Dahl’s. The price, service, & most importantly the result that you get — Dahl Aesthetic is simply the best spa out there.

I must say hats off to Dahl ! Her experience in treating skin problems has improved mine. I make it a point to see her every month to maintain a healthier and clearer skin and I am so glad that she is part of my relaxation and beauty regimen

I purchase Obagi CRX as a maintenance Dahl provides (from using Obagi NU-​derm). This product has changed my life. If you have the opportunity please get a consult by Dahl to know & better understand which product is right for you and, how the product works.
Each month I also have a facial– done by Dahl herself. The most amazing facial! She takes her time, and, handles blackheads like its nobody’s business! The absolute best. I recommend hydro facial, chemical peel, micro dermabrassion, or just ask Dahl. These facials have improved my skin tone, texture, fine lines, and overall appearance. I am very thankful for Dahl and a loyal customer.
