Terrible. Was on a short lunch break and ended up having to wait for the lady there get off a phone call that lasted about 8 minutes. Then my quesadilla took forever and to top it off I didn’t even get to finish it because it had a hair in it. Bad decision eating here

This DQ is nestled in the back of the mall. Not much traffic and plenty of room to sit. Service is quick, but who am I kidding? I’m only here for the PUMPKINPIEBLIZZARD! A real slice of pumpkin pie, smashed into soft serve ice cream… A little slice of heaven.

I was at the mall yesterday and saw the Orange Julius sign. I loved these as a kid and hadn’t had one since then. It used to come out of a machine, all whipped up. I ordered a medium and it was close to 5 bucks! The girl put some stuff in a blender with a splash of soda. I was not impressed with the taste, it was similar but not the same. It used to be the consistency of a smoothie and very filling, this was not. Service was nothing great either. All in all I would have saved my calories for something else. Would not come back.

went there because I haven’t eaten their food since the 80s and their commercials look so yummy but it was cardboard chicken put in the microwave! horrible horrible horrible!

Clean and not bad but I understand that Dairy Queens can charge whatever they want and this one goes overboard /way too expensive

Just went there because of the new Jurassic World promotion and ordered the new Jurassic Smash Blizzard. I can honestly say they had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had been to a previous Dairy Queen in San Diego who was kind enough to sell me some empty Jurassic World cups for 25 cents each. They didn’t have all the cups but said I could try another Dairy Queen so I went here. Big mistake. The lady that worked here refused to sell me the cups without buying the drink. Okay. The cups themselves cost a few cents to manufacture but whatever. Instead I had to deal with attitude and rude remarks from this worker while my sister in law got her order during the remainder of my visit. Needless to say, their cheapness cost them a customer. I hope saving a few cents on the stupid cups was worth the loss of a customer. I will share this experience with everyone on Facebook and come in contact with regarding the horrible customer service at the Dairy Queen at the Northridge Fashion Center.

This location is mainly for ice cream. They don’t make any of the burgers from the website

After a very stressful day, I walked in and had a meltdown over something small. Greta, who works here, was so kind to me. What an amazing lady. I will come back, not just for the delicious ice cream, but for the wonderful customer service.

Picked up a birthday cake for a friend. The writing on top of the cake was the worst I’ve ever seen — like a 5-year-old had done it. Please make sure you have at least 1 employee who can write on cakes. Everyone’s going to see the writing, so there’s no getting around it!

The place is hidden. If you enter the mall from the Sears entrance, make a left when you see the restroom sign and keep going all the down. It’s literally the last store on the right.

And the reason for my low score is only because of my comment here. Yes I’m agreeing with these people who are saying the same thing. The only Dairy Queen here in the San Fernando Valley, doesn’t include .FOOD. that they keep showing on tv, so yeah, those commercials are insulting, misleading and stupid if they choose not to include food. Just like those commercials for Sonics. There are no Sonics in the San Fernando Valley. How so completely stupid to show commercials in the San Fernando Valley, when there’s no Sonics. How completely asinine! stupid asses. They don’t care to know that.

Spice up your birthday celebrations with a classic Dairy Queen ice cream cake. It’s very affordable and will be just as delicious as you remembered it as a child. This is what I have done for a number of birthdays and it has worked out well every time. Call them a few days ahead of time and they will make it for you to come pick up. Dairy Queens are a bit hard to come by in LA so you’ll be the life of the party when you pull out a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. Just keep it cold until the last minute cause it will melt.

I always go here whenever I go to the Northridge Mall and it always leaves me with a smile while im walking out. I may have to go again soon so I can keep up to date with trying all the Blizzard flavors.

These Dairy Queen commercials have been buggin me for the longest time. Really. I mean, they keep teasing us with these Blizzard commercials and not a Dairy Queen in sight… And then I wandered over to a hidden corner in the Northridge mall and found a quiet little Orange Julius/Dairy Queen nestled in there! Chocoholic Georgia Mud Blizzard was what I got and it was chocolicious! I look forward to tasting each and every item on that menu!
