We have the right tools and experience to do the job right the first time. We snake out drains, drain rooter service, sewer line camera, sewer drain cleaning, drain cleaning, drain clearing, install drain clean outs, remove and replace plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, temperature relief valves, pressure relief valves, toilets, shower valves, copper pipe, garbage disposals, gas pipes, earthquake shut off valves, faucets, sinks, tubs, water softener, water filters, water pressure regulators. We provide rough plumbing and finish plumbing in tenant improvements and home remodeling and home additions projects. We provide plumbing blue prints and pull permits.

History

Established in 1990.

I, Elian Saado, began work in Canada during the early eighties and learned the stringent rules, regulations, and code that Canadians have. I worked the normal plumbing work we have in California plus the heating systems which we don’t have. In the late eighties, I became a licensed contractor in California, U.S.A. The code in California of course was very different than that of Canada’s, so I had to buy new set of books and take the California State License Board Exam which was not easy. I had to learn a whole new set of rules and regulations. For that reason my company does the job right the first time. I have the experience, know how, and the education to solve many plumbing problems here in California.
