Franks Flowers & Gifts

I received flowers from this place for my birthday today. I’m shocked they are located in Northridge. They acted like they don’t deliver In this area. Their delivery drivers really need to get gps. I was called three times about how to get to my house. I didn’t even order the flowers but I was being badgered like I did and the surprise was completely ruined. they called me Once at work and twice while I was driving. I knew the driver was frustrated but I really didn’t need the rudeness for something I didn’t even order! When I told him I wasn’t home he was rude about that to the point i just told him to leave them outside in 95 degree heat (there were chocolates as well). Worst experience ever and I was the one receiving the gift. I always thought receiving flowers would be less stressful :/.

Sorry but I have to do this! After raising the price from 15 to 35, he offered for 10 dollars more 2 dozen in a vase delivered. I agreed, gave all the info and even what to put on the card. Then after giving the address for a mile down the street from him, he says there is an additional 8.50 for delivery, we spoke for 20 min and he never said a delivery fee. Then I gave him my credit card, (Amex), he asked if I had another card, and I don’t, so he then said he doesn’t want to do it because they charge him more then the other card companies. What does a man need to do to buy flowers for a woman??? I guess they need to be picked off the bush themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! From raising the price, to not even getting the flowers! This place depresses me. Men can not order from here if they want to surprise a woman.

This florist is around the corner from where I live. Racing home from work to bake a cake and make a birthday dinner, I realized flowers were missing.
Usually I go to my best buddy in Woodland Hills but I was a madwoman with a mission.
Janet responded to my impromptu request and really did a great job for a reasonable price. Way to go! Oh and the Birthday Boy loved his flowers!

I worked with Janet and she was very helpful. I went to them for my wedding she was very patient with us (wedding planning can be a difficult time). The flowers were fresh and looked great. My wife was very pleased with their work, which made me happy.
I would highly recommend them. They have been in the neighborhood for over 40 years and are a great, small family owned business. I remember going to them for Prom flowers.
