This guy is the most unethical realtor or real estate agent I have ever dealt with. My wife and I found a nice home in West Hills that we put a bid on. Unfortunately, Mr. Gooze was listing that home. After initially accepting our offer, he convinced the owner to go with a bid from a buyer he was representing as well enabling him to get commission from both sides of the deal. There was no valid excuse for this. We have excellent credit and put 50% cash down. Every time I see his face on a bench I throw up a little in my mouth.
