Not the only parent that had issues with
This «sad excuse for a school» I wouldn’t even no where to begin but to be honest
I literally couldn’t take another second
Of the beyond non acceptable behavior from the teachers & the horrific attitudes
Particularly Ms. Wiggum, & what was even more irritating was when I attempted to address her unprofessional M.O., instead of
Any decent follow thru with the principal, I was given the «pass the buck «as though
There was something wrong with me, This is a VERY sad state of affairs, & I’m
So glad I finally «saw the light» & got the heck out of dodge !! I refused to try & get anywhere with the entire group of ?? Loss of words since I’d have to use fowl language to start describing these individuals. I am glad to say I put my 7^th grader in a private Christian school & now I see how things are truly suppose to be, my heart goes out to any parents who think they will get anywhere with this operation, it’s a dead end & literally nobody cares about your child & you will be beating. A dead horse trying to make any progress, my daughters grades were failing & that had never happened in any other grades before Holmes, & literally
Nothing was done to help make any progress. The entire situation @ holmes caused me insurmountable stress which is already dissipating since switching to a private school, this place needs a serious makeover in a bad way, they need to pay better attention to there students & treat them with more individual attention? Instead of just another Number !!

I went to Holmes Middle School class of 2014 … gotta say it’s a really hard school to pass from, but the best teachers there are Mr. C (8^th grade Math) Ms. Tenzca (Resource teacher) Ms. Meza (8^th grade History) & Mr. Wah (PE, physical education). I think Holmes is a lot better than Vista middle school, Patrick Henry middle school, & Sepulveda middle school. If you want your kid to learn what’s hard work, & know that life isn’t easy as it seems, send them to Holmes, promise you won’t regret it, & if your child fails, blame them, because Holmes isn’t about failing kids. Holmes gets everybody for high school, most teachers are excellent at what they do, & professional, without a doubt send your kids to Holmes.

thanks but no thanks. done with this school. sorry i ever sent any of our kids here. the kids are sent here with the intention of failing them. my kids may not be the best kids but they certainly deserve better than the likes of this school. done.

My child started middle school here and im beyound disappointed in the school. He started with A’s and B’s and and ended with F’s and D’s.Teachers do not care if your child fails or passes, they are here to collect the paycheck and leave! I have set up parent teacher conferences and 2 out of 4 teachers would meet with me and even after that no progress was made. What happen to teachers becoming teachers because they love kids and want them to suceed. Nope not at Holmes! My son was out for a week due to high fever and asthma problems and when he went back to school on a monday he was advised that its his job to get homework from a friend and bring it on time. When my concerns were brought up to the principle she brushed it under the rug with no concern. My child is not the best student but he sure isn’t dumb, I did my part as a parent wish the teachers would of done theirs… avoid teachers Mrs. Bunelos, Mrs. Zagnoli and Mr. Dunn. the school may not be the problem it’s the teachers they allow to teach here…
