Total ripoff when it comes to their energy bowls. I spend $ 7 to have barely half my bowl filled halfway. And on top of that, I come home to find out that the mixture is frozen. Literally had to let my bowl sit for 30 minutes to actually«enjoy» my breakfast. Super big rip off, learn to make the energy bowls correctly.

My wife, son and I frequent this Jamba quite often. I love the Amazing Greens smoothie. When not getting a smoothie, I’ll get a shot of wheatgrass, particularly after playing tennis at the Northridge Park across the street. The employees are terrific, so no issues there. But, my one problem with all the juice stores are the PRICES. I don’t know the cost to profit ratios, or any of the business mathematics involved, but I always feel like buying a juice or smoothie costs too much. Often I pay $ 7.00 for one smoothie. When I make one at home, I can do the math breakdown, and it doesn’t come near $ 7.00 to make it. I am aware of all the other costs involved in running a business: rent, employee wages, insurance, liability, not to mention the cost of the actual products themselves. Actually, just writing this review makes me realize they have no choice but to charge $ 7.00 for the smoothies I order. It’s not their fault. I just can’t help but feel like it costs too much. But, that is on me, not Jamba Juice.

My favorite Jamba Juice location. Been coming here for years, always a friendly staff. The drinks I order always come out fast and taste how they are supposed to.

My boyfriend and I go to the crunch gym so we are regulars here at Jamba. You can’t write a Unilocal review without going to a location multiple times… EXPERIENCE1) The first few times were great. Ordered our food and they were fast and efficient and even greeted us when we walked in. EXPERIENCE2) However, there were a couple times when you can tell that one of the girls didn’t want to work there at all. We walked up to the cashier and no welcome was given it was just simply“what do you want.” like basically saying hurry your a$$ up. There was no other customers no line nothing… so we thought that was rather rude of her. EXPERIENCE3) Anyway, we still decided to go there and not let that one employee ruin our jamba spot. We went there again and were pleasantly surprised to see another girl who offered us free coupon and surveys for our next visit. The staff was fast and efficient and got our orders correct. Im glad we decided to continue to go because we love our jamba! Overall, can be a hit or miss based on the customer service but for the most art they are rather friendly they should just fire the ones who arent as up beat and friendly. Im sure thats rather obvious no who they are.

I only go here when I feel I need energy before I work out. I only get the orange carrot karma. It’s really good and I usually feel energized after drinking it. Other than that I like the place. Clean, friendly staff and never a long line.

The WORST service I’ve eveeeer experienced. Worse than the Mc. Dee’s in Sunland and the rude ass jerks at the 7Eleven in Sunland who did let me fill my big gulp. I asked the guy at the register if I could pay with an American Express and he said he wasn’t American? Wtf??? And the bitch making my juice was hot af, but must have gotten wrecked with a fat dildo in her ears last night cuz bitch made me a Mango a go go, when I clearly ordered Mango Perfection. I told her she made a mistake and told me that Mango a go go was from Robek’s menu not on theirs. Lying slut!

Weren’t even friendly at all the chick and guy who were closing that night 11÷21÷15 were pissed at the damn world didn’t seem like they wanted to fucking be there. The dude on the cashier just looking at me with that pathetic face that he had didn’t bother to tell me if I was ready or not or if he could help me. Worst jamba I ever been too. Smh some customer service.

Pumpkin Smash– this is the reason I come here during the fall season. They are right next door to a Starbucks and sometimes I just have to double fist it, Starbucks in one hand and a Pumpkin Smash in the other. A few irksome things though… no non-fat milk! What? Yup. Only low-fat and I’m not sure why. I often get almond milk and I think they have soy as well. The other issue is Friday mornings… they open at 7am every other weekday EXCEPT Fridays. They open at 7:30. This makes it completely inconvenient for me since I have to be AT work at 7:30. So they don’t get my business on Fridays. One star off for both those issues. Easy parking and friendly people. Uncrowded in the mornings(because everyone is getting caffeinated next door).

It’s so hard to write a review on a place like Jamba. What could you possibly say that hasn’t been said already? Jamba is a massive, international chain. We’ve all been here before and locations offer the same menu. The only thing that sets some locations apart is service and in the dozen(or more) years we’ve been coming to this location(or at least it seems that long) we’ve always had great service and were met my friendly staff. What more could you ask for? It’s a given that anything you order here is going to be affordable, tasty and fresh. You can’t go wrong with a stop-in. It rivals the location on Plummer a few miles away.

Love love love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly which makes each visit pleasant. My smoothie is always perfectly made. So tasty! Wait time isn’t usually too long unless it’s crowded. This place is great after a workout!

Quick fast affordable and delicious. Employees were kind and spent a few minutes chatting up my toddler. Product you would expect from a popular chain with a friendly group of employees. Hadn’t been In a awhile and just saw they have quaker oatmeal now steel cut with a variety of toppings. Think I may have a new breakfast place!

They greeted me and my cousins right when walked in. They also made it a point to pour as much juice as they can to fit my cup. I am one satisfied customer.

Tropical greens with extra mango to make it sweeter is what I get. And if they’re not making fresh juices at the time I get mango a go go with chia seeds and energy(: bombbbb

Really friendly staff! Came here with my roommates one hot day, abd enjoyed some delicious smoothies. This Jamba Juice is also in a really small corner, in an Asian plaza, so don’t drive too fast or you’ll miss it! Anyways, they know how to make drinks and make you feel welcome into their shop. Drink and drive!

I don’t usually leave reviews; actually, this is only my second one ever. But I had to tell SOMEBODY how great this place is. Parking is easy, and service is extremely fast. Most importantly, though, the employees are amazing. There’s this one guy, Chris, who I think is a shift manager, and he is the sweetest, most cheerful and attentive, hardest working employee I’ve encountered in food service, ever. I’ve been working in various restaurants for a decade now, and I’ve never met anyone with such a consistently positive attitude — and so much energy, to boot. He makes my day every time I stop in. There’s also a dark-haired girl on cash a lot lately who is super friendly, although I can’t remember her name. Anyway. Just thought these guys deserved some public praise. They’re pretty fantastic.
