McDonald’s

Terrible service. Everyone in there looks like a chicken with their heads cut off. Drive thru shouldn’t be taking 20 minutes for a drink. They need to know their busiest times and prepare accordingly. Guess I can’t complain of who they don’t train.

It was so bad I can’t explain. I will stick to occasional Egg McMuffins only.

This McDonalds locations is pretty nice. We only ever use the drive thru late at night, but the few times we have it’s been decent. A couple times the line has been slow; it’s understandable when a bunch of cars show up at the same time and only a few employees are on at 12am. The employees are always nice. Our most resent visit, the guy and girl at both windows were helpful and nice. The food always comes out good as well.

Poor service, nice people. Waited forEVER for a couple of drinks and coffee freaking cakes. Step it up guys. Have a better system for when it gets busy.

I kind of like the change of this mcdonalds but i miss the old McDonald’s that was here, there were so many memories.

Best McDonalds I’ve ever been too. I don’t know why it has such low reviews. I came in today, the staff was friendly and they even went around the tables asking how everything was and if I needed anything. I have never been asked at McDonalds, so it was a nice surprise. Maybe this mcdonalds is trying to up its game, the manger was walking around being attentive. Like I said best fast food experience.

Ok this McDonald is actually new and clean (somewhat). The problem of us giving it 2 stars is– they just kept missing stuff that you ordered.
We were there for breakfast togo yesterday, then we found out when we are eating the sandwiches, the ham are missing from the sandwiches.
We went for breakfast today, came home and found one set of the breakfast missing (a sandwich and a hash brown), I called the manager and he said yeah please come back and we’ll get it ready. I drove back again and just to found out when I came home, there was the hash brown still missing from my bag. And while I was there, I heard a lady saying bacon is missing from her sandwich!
Seriously guys? Yeah you are kind of busy but it’s really not THAT busy that you keep missing stuff.
Three mistakes from our orders in two days!!! I am not going to drive back AGAIN for my hash brown, that’s too much driving to McDonald’s for what should’ve been just one simple trip.

Service was terrible. Employees were rude and terrible. It took 30 minutes to get a order of two cheeseburgers. Never coming back.

Drive-​thru service is very inconsistent. 8 out of 10 times I have to get out of the drive-​thru and park after paying to wait for the food. To add to that, they first ask your when ordering if you would like ketchup and type of sauce. When I get to the window they ask you again. When they bring the food to your car they’ll ask you again.
And to think people working there wants their pay to be increased to $ 15 an hour. I don’t think so.

Why are the reviews so low for this place? I’ve been coming here for several months and the people here have been so nice and friendly. I usually come during the a.m. hours. It’s McDonald’s, like any other but this one is clean, safe, and open 24 hours.

Life tip #1: McDonald’s is never worth it. We have too many good fast food restaurants around us that are better options than McDonald’s. If you want inferior food in one of the most infamous restaurants and non-​nutritional places in and around the world come here and we’ll be sure to give you the simplest of services. Good riddance.

My order was $ 25 and they shove all the food in one bag and forget one of my fries. Wtf. Are they running out of bags at McDonald’s now too??#lame

The owner here is such a joke. He is always there pretending he owns some five star restaurant. This mcdonalds is the worst in every aspect. Drive dowm the street to the other one.

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house aside from the one located in Walmart. I come here for the convenience and I will say that the inside is usually clean. However, I am a die hard sweet tea drinker and this location is constantly serving bitter tea. I’m assuming that because this one is 24 hours the batch may sit out for an extended period of time. However, I would say about 70% of the time I get a not-​so-​great tasting tea and scold myself for going again. Aside from that, they’re generally good at getting my food order correct. If I’m not up for risking my drink I drive a bit further down Reseda to the one off Nordoff. Compared to other McDonald’s I would say this one is very «eh» but the distance and hours are quite convenient.

the only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the fries were fresh when I first got them. and the employees seemed pretty friendly.
I ordered the steakhouse sirloin burger for the first time. first of all. they don’t offer a small size combo. not to make America seem more obese or anything. but when I bit into the burger. all I tasted was black pepper. when I asked what was in the steakhouse prior to ordering. the only thing the employee was able to tell me was that there were mushrooms in it. to say the least. I could see how that wasn’t a completely false statement. lol mcdonalds will always be there for me when I need a late night meal. but boy has it been a while. and it will definitely be a bit longer before I decide to go back again.
not to mention. boy was the patty dry. looks like I won’t be ordering another $ 7.95 dry sirloin combo again.

There are a few nice employees and one nice male manager and the maintenance man is always in an amazingly humble mood that always makes me smile and then there are the evil employees. There is an awfully nasty female manager that is out of control rude! Get rid of her. She wouldn’t let me rest my head on my boyfriend’s shoulder because I appeared to be sleeping! No no I was just getting over the flu.

I don’t know why i keep coming to this McDonalds. The staff here is incredibly nice, but their service is consistently the worst I’ve ever experienced at one location. I kid you not, every single time i go here, my order is messed up. The nice girl at the drive through even asks me what sauces i would like, yet she never puts them in the bag.
Overall, I enjoy the attitude the staff here has, but they need some serious help in training.

Really slow service. They always manage to mess up my order. Either it’s forgetting an orange juice french fries or putting a girls toys and my sons happy meal.

Went through the drive-​thru.
Thankfully, they didn’t mess up my order.
Breakfast was hot.
Coffee was fresh.
I didn’t ask for any extra condiments, so there was no surcharge — lol.
Everything took less than 15-​minutes.
I survived.

This place Mc Donalds SUCKS so bad that everytime my mom and I drive to this Mc Donalds, we order Ice Tea with Lemon. And their NO ICE and NO Lemon in our tea’s… And or their giving us sweet tea when we order REGULAR Tea.
Their customer service SUCKS as hell, INSIDE AND the DRIVE THRU. and their Shift MANAGERS ARE SUCH Dumb ass, that they don’t care about their customers when u tell Ill take my business somewhere else and ill tell my friend to take their friend
business somewhere else too. Im totally shock that they think that alot of people wont take there business to other Mc. Donalds and never come back to this one again. This has been going on ever since they close and Remodel…
