Thank you, thank you, thank you. Ted you have proven customer service still exist. He called on 12−4−15 and scheduled me an appointment for 12−7−15 with my request to come after 1PM. Not only did he keep the appointment time he text me when he was 20 minutes away from arrival to let me know he was on his way so I could let the neighbor know to let him in.
I was not there because I had to work but I did speak with him over the phone and he explained everything to me and told me everthing he had done and it should solve my problems.

New World Pest Control has top level service. Ted is friendly, accommodating, and an expert at pest control. We had furry foes living in our attic space and Ted came out, closed up the holes they were entering from and set traps. He was willing to come out the same day! I slept good that night and the rats are gone. Thank you Ted! If you need someone to get rid of pests, Ted is your guy.

Imagine being awakened by the sound of something scurrying around your bedroom. Then imagine turning on the light and finding a 2 inch long cockroach on your wall. That’s what happened to me a few nights ago, and I wasn’t able to sleep soundly until I found New World Pest Control. I wanted a non-​toxic solution for my home, which is exactly what New World uses. I feel a lot happier knowing my unwelcome visitors won’t be back.
I was able to make an appointment with Ted, who did an assessment and treatment the same day. I’ve signed up for the bi-​monthly service as well. He addressed issues in the interior and exterior of my home, sealed up a few major gaps and was exceptionally pleasant to deal with.

What I love about Ted is that he’s so accessible. He texts me to let me know which day he’ll be here to do his bi-​monthly service, he replies quickly and knowledgeably to any inquiries from me — usually through texts, knows what he’s talking about and doing and, last but not least, he uses non-​toxic products, which is extremely important to me! I wish I could find this level of quality from all of the services we use.

Ted is the best! I actually met him at my work, Huntington Catering Company, we catered his daughter’s wedding and he stopped by the office and mentioned his business… my husband and I had been talking about doing some pest control so the timing was perfect… the real drama started a few days later when we started seeing cockroaches! Yuck!
Ted came a and followed up and really worked with us to solve the problem forever! I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else!

Ted to the rescue again. It’s been two yr, and needed Ted to show the ants who was boss again. He once again came the same day. He used safe products indoors, and outdoors. I have indoor cats, and bird, and strays outside.

I’ve been using New World Pest Control for 7 years, and would recommend them without hesitation. Ted is honest and reputable, and reliable. He’s come out to my house same day in an «emergency» and used non-​toxic spray the one time I had an ant infestation. I’ve never seen another ant in my house since.
His bi-​monthly service around the perimeter of the house and yard has kept us free from termites and any other critters, and his prices are fair.

I had a terrible ant problem when I moved in to my home and, after treatment, it was 10 months before another one of those little suckers tried to cross the threshold again. I’m going to start having them come every 6 months as preventative maintenance, just so I never have to have another ant in my home.
Added bonus, there was a rogue bug in my home that I killed and kept in a ziploc for Ted to tell me what it was. It was a German roach. I wanted to freak out because people always say, where there’s one, there’s a million. Ted calmed my fears and said it’s not always the case. One roach can just be one roach. Thankfully, he was right. It was just that one, rogue critter that had somehow gotten into my house. If he weren’t an honest guy, he could have let me freak out and have him come back to spray for roaches even though I didn’t need it. He’s an honest, reputable business person and I totally trust his judgment.
