I have to agree with another reviewer who mentioned the rude front desk staff. I called to see if the office was open. The male employee who answered talked so quickly that all I could make out was the word «resort.» I was caught off guard, and said that I was trying to reach the vet’s office. He snapped back that «this is the vet’s office.» (Not pleasant at all.) When I arrived, the only male at the front desk was the red headed guy referenced in the other review. As I sat waiting, the front door opened and a young woman walked in with her dog. Before she even said a word, the heavy set woman at the first desk said «I’ll be with you in a minute.» The customer said, quite nicely, «I’m just here to pick up some medication.» Without missing a beat, the woman behind the counter repeated, this time with an extremely condescending tone, «I’LL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE.» Again, not pleasant at all. I’ve met with a few of the doctors at this office, and have always had positive experiences with regards to their manner and expertise– But there are a few people up at the front desk that might need a little training with respect to their people skills. I certainly hope that Dr Adler reads these reviews.

Our vet is Dr. Kari Camelio and she is wonderful. In my experience, the vets here are great, and so are the vet techs. They are so calming, loving, and understanding of my dog. One male employee with long hair and glasses is so nice to the animals, and I really appreciate the calming attention he gives to my dog, especially knowing how animals can get anxious at the vet.
It is very pricey, and they do like to push you to run all the tests to maximize care. I can’t blame them for that. The vets also call you for test results and walk you through procedures. They even showed me my dog’s x-​ray scans, which i thought was pretty cool.
It is very clean and organized, which is always a huge plus.
But anyway, the reason I wanted to write a review, is because of the staff at the front desk. Some of them are extremely rude, or they become unprofessional with their frustrations and snap at other guests. I did not catch their name, but I would like to say that the young lady with the long hair, the man with the red hair, and a man that was bald were the ones that really stuck out to me.
The last employee I listed was quite rude to me. I was dropping insurance paperwork off to Dr. Camelio for her to fill out. At that time, my dog had a mass on her ribs and we all thought it was cancer, so we needed the doctor to sign off on the paperwork to get help paying for the surgery my dog needed. She was not working the day that I was dropping it off, so I left it with the bald employee. It was a lot of papers and we needed it to be done asap, so I wrote a note explaining what we needed from the vet, and I wanted to explain it to the employee so that it would be as clear as possible. Anyway, I explained it to him, dropped off the paper, went to my car and almost left, but I forgot something, so I stopped the car and went back in to tell him. After I was done he said, «Are you sure that’s it? Are you really sure? You’re sure you’re not going to go to your car, remember something then come back in? Are you really sure?» This went on for a few minutes and I was trying to keep it light so that I could leave. I just didn’t appreciate his harsh attitude at a time when I was in distress over my dog and was trying to keep it together.
The other two front desk employees I listed tend to interrupt me and generally have a harsh demeanor based on their mood to all of the guests.
Anyway, I would say that 80% of the people who work there are great. Just not some people at the front desk. So, if you are unfortunate enough to get those employees and you can tolerate them until your appointment is scheduled, then I would say this is a good place to go.

Dan has been our vet for 20+ years. we currently have cats and dogs but had a house rabbit for years that Dan took great care of. At one time we had a Bulldog and a chronically ill Lhasa. Dan was so caring and careful with their care. The Lhasa lived far longer than anyone thought she could because of Dan’s excellent and compassionate care. He is also wonderful with nervous pet parents. He always listens to what you tell him. I’ve had other vets who simply refuse to listen to pet parents. If I could I’d go to Dan.

Referred to Dr. Reimer for my 2 bunnies. He was great. The best rabbit doctor in the area. Rabbits are different from other small animals, and Dr. Reimer is experienced and knowledgeable in their treatment. He was really good with my skittish bunnies. I highly recommend Dr. Reimer for all house bunnies.
My cats have seen a few different doctors. Dr. Walker, Dr. Imada, were the last to see my 3 cats before I left the state. They and the staff were easy to talk to and work with. My cats only leave the house for vet and grooming, so never a fun trip. The staff and drs. were really good with cats and made my cats at ease during the check ups.
I highly recommend Dr. Reimer for rabbits. They are a special small animal, and need a doctor familiar with their needs.
I recommend Adler Pet Hospital for cats and dogs.
