I had bought a pair of sunglasses from their website but unfortunately they didn’t suit me. So I came to this store to exchange them. The employee started to help me then another customer wants to purchase something so he tells me to hold on while he helps him really quick. I wait 5 minutes and he’s still helping the other guy. I inform him that I am in a rush and need to be somewhere and he says it’ll just be another minute. Continue to wait another 10 minutes while he helps the customer out with his return and then he helps me and tells me he needs to call his manager for my return since it was purchased online. Then he tells me I have to go to another store with a manager. Come to the other store with the manager and takes 10 minutes to do my return and she tells me she can’t log into the system. I end up leaving not being able to return my online purchase. Long story short I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and won’t be doing business with them anymore.

The one on the second floor really takes care of you! They really tell you what looks good and what doesn’t. I bought a pair of Armani’s, quite expensive, and I came back a month or so later and they still exchanged it for me because I wanted to get a versace pair instead. They honestly are some of the nicest employees at this location.

its the worest i bought a 350 $ sunglasses and i paid 100 of them with american express gift card which is consideres cash in there account cause its prepaid, anyway i returned it the secound day cause he didnt like it, and guess what she gave me only 250 $ and a store credit for 100 even if am not going to use it she just did, its the worest place ill never buy from there again neveeeeeeeeeeeeeeer and have an internet ad company ill make sure ev body knows that they ripoff ppl

Go see Andy Anderegg! So my ray bans broke so I took it to the Northridge mall. As with all malls, there are usually 2 – 3 Sunglass Huts. They are all known for their customer service and quality in their products yada yada but each one has a different experience due to their managers. Initially I visited the Sunglass Hut in the first floor but when I showed them my broke glasses and asked for my warranty I was just given instructions on how to get them fixed. They were kind and professional. However I took a leap of faith and visited the upstairs Sunglass Hut near the food court. I explained my problem and Andy went out of his way to make it happen. He replaced my sunglasses for me instead of having to send them back out and wait a few weeks. Additionally this sunglass hut has Persol sunglasses so I will definitely visit them again.
