There’s a Habit closer to my work, but I drove here because they have a drive thru. I just don’t feel like getting out my car sometimes. Yes, the laziness is too much. Anyway, my favorite thing to order is the Teriyaki Char with sweet potato fries. I love my burger with no mayo, no cheese, no pickles. Sweet potato fries are always good here. Drive thru always speedy. *Parking is horrible. There’s not that many spots, and it’s really tight.

Long over due. first food is always good here and the staff is amazing. I ordered my food online while I was working and was late picking it up. immediately the manager was like we are making you new burgers and we don’t want you having a cold lunch. I protested since it was my fault but she insisted. It was so nice and unexpected. I was about to have a fresh, delicious hot meal thanks to the manager and staff there. Thank you again

I usually just stick to In-N-Out whenever I want to grab a quick burger, but It was raining and The Habit was closer. Didn’t have to wait too long in the drive-thru. I got to try the fries, tempura green beans, mushroom charburger, and the tri-tip sandwich. Their fries are not good, not crispy and lacks seasoning. They’re the type of fries that get soggy really fast and I left more than half of it untouched. The green beans are good, batter isn’t too heavy and makes for a nice change over your usual order of fries. Mushrooms added a nice touch to my burger, but was still pretty bland. I was actually surprised at how much I liked my tri-tip sandwich. The steak was extremely tender and you get a really good amount of meat, but the french roll was just ok. The sandwiches will probably be the only reason why I would come back.

This location is terrible I’ve gone here 3 times to the drive thru. They have messed up EVERY time I don’t know why I go back. I don’t get why they can’t get the order right. I am not coming back ever.

Great food, on-point in the Clean Dept., kind, hardworking staff, vegetarian and pescetarian selection, easy free parking, and spacious seating. Perfect! :)

I really love their Teriyaki burger. With grilled onions mayo, pickles and the goods, it’s my favorite here. The fries are crispy and are great with a little splash of vinegar they provide. I must note that I’m not the world’s biggest burger fan, but when the occasion arises Habit is my #1, then In n Out. Yes, I prefer the Habit. Service is always friendly and even when busy, the wait times are reasonable.

The habit is home to a nice hearty and genuine burger. I come here whenever I am craving a burger and the staff is super sweet! They are so persistent in ensuring your meal is up to par.

No real complaints here. I’ve been to the location in Tarzana, and the quality was exactly the same: great. The burger bun was toasted right, and the quality of the meat was great. It’s no In-N-Out but that’s not a bad thing either, its nice to have something different. I can also say the french fries were great, crunchy and soft inside, and fried to a great temperature… meaning your mouth wasn’t burning at each bite. If you are expecting Umami Burger, then you are looking for the wrong place to eat at. But if you want something quick, fresh, leaving you full… then you have your spot. Mcdonalds eat your heart out!

After a long day at work and a long drive home, I stopped at the Habit to pick up burgers for me and my hubby. I did drive through because it was cold and there were no cars in line. Placed my order and waited a few minutes for all to be ready. Got order and drove home only to find out that they did not include the bacon in the burger. The bacon was on the bill and I was charged the $ 1.25 extra for it, but it was not in the burger. Wonder how many times a day customers pay for items they didn’t get. Yes, I suppose I could have got back in the car and driven back, but by then the rest of the food would have been cold. I totally get the demand for $ 15.00 an hour, but unless you can follow and fulfill food orders correctly, I don’t think you are worth it. Don’t think In-n-out would make this mistake. Bye-bye Habit.

I’ve been here twice. Both time they were very busy, I can see why though, the staff is always super friendly and the burger is pretty good for fast food. I haven’t try their salad yet, maybe next time.

This location has drive-thru!!! So, same delicious food with a drive-thru makes me a fan. Our rather large lunch order was correct, totally accurate. I like that the gal repeated my order as I ordered and at the window.

This habit was very efficient and very well managed. I was going thru the drive thru at this point because I was in a hurry. Since the line was fairly long, there was someone out there taking orders, rather than have us wait for us to arrive to the drive thru microphone. I only had to wait about 10 minutes, which was a great ticket time, considering that the line was really backed up. My favorite one in the Valley or LA area. Other favorite is the original one in Santa Barbara

Do you want a good burger and not pay an arm and a leg for it? Do you want a good burger and not have to wait in long lines? Well this is the place for you. They make a great burger. The combination of the toasted bun, the grilled onions, mayo — it’s just great. If you asked me to have a burger and you gave me the option of the Habit vs In and Out, I believe I’d choose this place 8 out of 10 times over In and Out! French fries are decent, especially with their ranch dressing. Yum!

grabbed a bite with my friend after class. the service here was excellent! suprisingly it was my first time and the cashier knew it too. he guided me through the menu and recommended this and that. but i ended up getting a double char with cheese. and added raw onions. the burgers come with grilled onions, mayo, lettuce tomato and pickle. standard burger. nothing was special about it. i honestly feel like it needed more salt. lol it looked good but it wasnt the best burger ive ever had. the fries on the other hand. hands down some of the best! i got sweet potato and dipped them in ranch. YUUUUMMMMMY!!! i’d go back for some fries and ranch. lol :)) excellent service though. the guy wanted me to let him know how it tasted and everything and even checked up on me. lol good stuff habit!

I’m a huge burger fan, I must say Habit is just . obviously in n out, farmer boys, and a lot of other chains are good as well, but the habit makes it a habit. There burgers are great like the pinapple one and traditional habit burger, if your dieting try it protein style no buns, still bomb.

My favorite is the burger that comes in bag with the fries upside down and the burger has only half a patty on it. This is the second time this has happened and it’s going to be the last because I won’t be back. The staff is super nice and super sweet always upbeat and they keep the long lines moving quickly. Unfortunately what matters more is the food. Half a patty on a burger is by no means acceptable. Id stick with in n out.

I’ve been going to this Habit since it opened and it’s pretty much always good. In this neighborhood, Habit might be the best burger around. I always get the Teriyaki Char, but I used to get their vegetarian options back in the day and those were always delicious too. Their fries are outstanding. I always add ranch to the burger and I mix ketchup and Tabasco for the fries. During my visit yesterday, I was pleased with the service. My cashier was Niesha, I believe, and she was really courteous/helpful. When I finished, someone else(don’t know her name) came to get my tray with a smile. It was cool.

I was able to find parking, so I decided to eat inside. I was surprised as I entered that they only had 1 cashier. Maybe they feel you can expedite the line quicker and smoother. The menu prices have gone up since my last visit. They are consistent and the Quality of the food is right on. I would focus on putting an additional cashier on the floor during lunch. Service is Key. The cashier at the time of my visit was nice and pleasant. Set your employees up for success. Its great you have a dinning room host. .
