I went there for passport photos. The man taking my picture was very professional. He let me retake it when I didn’t like the first picture. The woman at the register was very helpful. She answered all my questions about how to fill out the application correctly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I needed to notarize a document ASAP
Called, they answered, I asked, they said yes, I was on my way
Notarized, Paid and I was out in 1, 2, 3 lol

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but they lost my package and then told me there was nothing they could do about it. I understand things happen so that is why I didn’t give them 1 star, but still I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise, my packages usually get to me fast so I have to give them that.

Better than postal plus

I ship things fairly often and the service is very quick. This is a very nice location its very clean and all of the staff are really nice and friendly. Danny and Alex are always there to help.

The store is well kept. Right when I walked in the employees greeted me with enthusiasm. The young lady by the name of Alejandra helped me with my package. She reassured me that my package was going to be shipped accordingly that I need not worry. Was in and out in no time! Couldn’t ask for any better help!

The service sucks. Every time you walk in they are all In The back. Over charge you for stamps, shipping and the mail drop is not safe. I had mail sent from here and never got to its destination. BE FAIR WARNED ABOUT THEIR MAIL DROP, it is not safe and your mail might not get there. This UPS store sucks dick.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for the past few years. I’ve never had any issues, the people working here are friendly and the prices are okay. I usually drop off packages and when I do they arrive on time. They ask if I want a receipt or not and usually I don’t because they are reliable and send my packages to the right place. They also sell variety of cards, personalized keys, mailboxes for rent, mailing supplies ie bubble wrap, boxes, tape, etc and other keepsakes. All in all no complaints its located next to the Jamba Juice in the Albertsons parking lot. Parking is usually easy to find but sometimes it can get busy depending on the time of day. All in all good place no complaints.

This place is open fairly late on Saturday — which allowed us to get our business done. They were very friendly, experienced and fast.

The staff is always nice, I am giving it 4 starts because the service is kind of slow but overall this is a good ups location.

Terrible customer service. Will not use this place again.

never again will I use this place and to find out the owner himself is why I came to this conclusuion! I went to ship a package for my son who is stationed in fort lewis being how excited I was to be sending my son (proud army dad) a book I grabbed some tape that’s was on the counter just simple tape to close the box he literary yelled at me for using the tape. I was shocked I was really speechless that a owner would yell at a paying customer its not like I was taking the tape same tape that was going to be used on that package anyhow. I thought about my son and collected myself and took my business elsewhere. shame on you moe

Very very rude employee name Katie that works there! Very unprofessional ill mannered lady. Customer rating not applicable due to choice of worker. Will never go back there again. Will definitely let the word out to people. I wouldn’t have rated this place at all if not necessary to put.

Needed help shipping something out if state and the girl working was very helpful! She was multi tasking, helping three other people and handled things efficiently and quickly, without error. I was in and out within a few moments.

They don’t do passport photos like their website says they do, they only notarize some of the time… Their website is total false advertising.

Nice store nice people I got great service being the only customer at the time. I feal good to refer people to them for their shipping needs.

Was this past Spring when I had shipped
Boxes from Chicago back home to Ca.
Because this location was linked to my name
Accidentally my boxes ended up here!
When I realized this after calling UPS 800#
I became alarmed, called Moe to let him know
I was on my way to pick the boxes up, well
That’s when the DRAMA began, he proceeded
To BULLY me, insinuating that I was using
His store as storage, I proceeded to his shop
Only to be bullied some more, & told I would not
Be able to retrieve my boxes, @ that point literally
In a very angry upset toned demanded my boxes
Be given to me, OR ELSE!!!
Needless to say this was not a pleasant
Experience & Moe is NOT a kind person
Nor is he a good business man of someone
Who has any people skills
Surprised to c he is still in business
But considering the neighborhood, It makes
Sense, there’s lots of MOE’s around here!!!

Convenience store prices. Only if you really need to use them.

I stop in here on the very rare occasion I need to use the postal system, which is not often. But, this place is always clean and the employees are usually very helpful and kind. As a modern guy I know less and less about using snail mail, and these guys make it easy. I bring in my box and the stuff I want to send, they let me pack/​seal it up and give me a million different shipping options.
Keep in mind this is a UPS store not the USPS, so you will pay a premium to ship here versus at the post office, but in terms of convenience, this place fits the bill.
I would stick to the lines at the post office if you are looking for the cheap route.
On another note, they have PO boxes for rent here and will accept check deposits for USAA members.
