ITG Basement Systems

Our crawlspace was always a pool of water, sometimes 2 feet deep in places. We constantly worried about mold, mildew, and boards rotting prematurely. It was so wet that it disintegrated our insulation and corroded our wiring. Our house is built on a 300 foot thick rock ledge so our solutions were limited. We finally decided on ITG and the cleanspace system. We had the cleanspace system installed in our crawl space in April 2015. We also had ITG put new insulation in the floors. We had some issues at first but ITG was very good at resolving these issues and our system has been working efficiently ever since. Our crawlspace now looks like a new construction and clean and dry just like the pictures in the catalog. We can hear the sump pump coming on when it rains giving us a secure feeling knowing that the water is being pumped out and away from the house. Thanks A.J. and crew!

My basement was falling apart. I had mold growing on the walls, very uneven walls and lots of moisture to the point where anything I was storing down there, grew mold. I contacted ITG for a free estimate, the sales rep was on time, very thorough and easy to get a hold of. After vetting out multiple vendors, I felt ITG offered the best solution for the most reasonable price. For the first day of work, Dan from ITG and his crew called an hour ahead of time to let me know when they will arrive and stayed consistent for the next 2 days of work thereafter. They were very articulate, educational, friendly and efficient. Dan was very thorough in showing me areas of concern about my basement, why they did certain things and recommendations I may need to do to the basement in the future. The finished product looks amazing, like a whole new basement! Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this particular gig.

My mother found this company at a home show and had them stop by for an estimate for some mold removal at her house.
The man who visited took a look at her mold and said «that’s toxic, it could be deadly, it needs to be removed immediately.» He then described a process that would cost $ 3,600 for the removal.
Thankfully my mother smiled and said «Thanks, I’ll be in touch.»
A different local company stopped by and told her the mold was harmless, but they could remove it, which they did completely for $ 270.
Dishonest practice, stay away.
