I’ve cycled through dentists all my life. I finally found a dentist that I honestly can say I will keep coming back to. My dad has been coming here for years & I finally gave it a shot & I’m glad I did. It’s clean, staff is polite, & I feel comfortable that I will be taken care of every time I sit down in that chair.

I have been coming here for several years and initially it was great, only Victoria and her husband Erwin(owners) performed work on my mouth and they were fantastic. Very professional and got the job done. I trusted them with any procedure I needed. After a few years, when their business got better things changed, I would come in and see a different dentist, not by choice. Usually a newer dentist with little experience. One time I was receiving a root canal and the pain was horrible, I told the dentist, but she again was new, and did not inject the pain medication properly. I noticed things started to change around the office: new TVs, satellite television, etc. Business starting booming. The owners are Filipino and tend to speak in their language as well as the staff, rather frequently. I find this very unprofessional. I have no clue what they are speaking of and it really makes you feel as if they are speaking poorly about you. For all I know, they could be. Once I took an afternoon off from work to get a porcelain cap after two weeks of waiting. I get there, they open the container only to find that the tooth is chipped. I left work early, used personal time all for nothing… no call to prevent me from wasting my time. Nearly every time I have went within the last 3 – 2 years, I see a new dentist… I dislike this very much. Went in for pain a while ago, saw yet another dentist and they told me to use Sensodyne after performing a few tests… turns out I needed a root canal. The old receptionist, Candy was very sweet and pleasant. The new receptionist, Laura isn’t the friendliest. She seems to have an attitude and has this cold feel about her. After much consideration, I will be looking for a new dentist. The business ethics need to change. I believe they receive their products from the Philippines, but I am not certain. I am questioning their business practice, professionalism, and customer service.
