If you want to see your dreams come true, then keep your old stereo equipment. At Alpha Electronics, they can fix almost anything from the past. Ken and company are experts at repairing and replacing parts for TV’s, console stereo, etc. I considered Ken like a brother to me. We get along so well and if I have any questions, he does his best to answer your questions. It’s like going back in time when you could go to a good repair man. Since vinyl is on the way back, imagine if you kept your old system from the past and play today’s music on it. Fantastic! This is one happy customer. To all, come check Alpha Electronics out. You won’t regret it.

Ken, thank you so much for fixing my turntable! I plugged it in yesterday and works well! I’m excited to play my other records. Mind you, this turntable is from the 80s!
Ken is a cool dude who knows what he’s doing. What he charged me to fix my turntable was reasonably priced and even went above and beyond to get me the best products to replace the issues. I would definitely make the 20 – 30 min drive to Norwalk to get my future electronics fixed! Thanks again!

Wow. Just wow! I haven’t been amazed by a business’ customer service in a long time but Ken and Alpha Electronics knocked it out of the park. The set expectations for me right from the first call.
I had to get my car radio fixed and wanted to keep the original factory model. I thought it’d be a job I could do myself but after talking to Ken he assured me I was in good hands. Right he was! If I’d have taken it apart myself what I thought was wrong would have caused a much larger problem. Ken knows his stuff. He had it fixed quickly on a Saturday no less with him even working later hours.
While other companies are shutting down, Alpha is flourishing and it is not hard to see why. Thank you thank you thank you Ken!

When I lost my husband of 43yrs. I found comfort in listening to the music we fell in love to! Music can really soothe the soul, but recently my home theater system stopped working! I took it to Ken Lam,& it was fixed in a very timely manner! Ken is professional, friendly & very honest! I am so happy, now that I can enjoy my music again

My radio was designed perfectly back in 1994 and never let me down. Well, 20 years later it finally started sounding bad. I took it apart and the thing looked like toast. I called around and found Alpha Electronics. Although I didn’t have a radio in my car for two weeks, when I put it back in, it sounded better than I ever experienced. Ken had painstakingly replaced 32 capacitors and two transistors under a magnifying glass in the back of the store. He had it hooked up to some speakers and ran it for me when I came to pick it up. And even though this came with a price, I would be happy to pay it again. I really trust this place to fix anything I can’t manage.
