Rushed from work to get there. The closed sign was placed 7 minutes early, the employee outside couldn’t care less. Bad customer service, I’m very disappointed

This review is for hector the guy who shines your gear. I was in a rush this weekend and was near the uniform store so I decided to get my belt shined from him. I normally get my belt shined at the east LA store and they use the same material to shine belts and shoes.
He said it would be $ 30 to shine my belt and we agreed to have it ready by Sunday. I couldn’t pick up my belt so I had a friend do it for me. Upon pick up he said it would now cost $ 45 since I used leather luster on my belt which I have never used that product. East LA doesn’t use it either. I have no idea what he’s talking about. I guess he just wants that extra $ 15. He should’ve just quoted me on that price if he wanted that much so I could’ve gone to someone else who would have done it for half the price.
This individual just lost a customer. I do not recommend going to him to get a shine.

I shop at several locations for my uniforms but this store has always been a great experience. It’s rare that they don’t have my size in stock and i’m a common size in uniforms. If you’re looking for other items that are tactical and an enormous amount of overwhelming 5.11 product. This store isn’t the place to find that, it’s the core uniforms. Shoe shine is a plus too!

Goodies is just an awesome place, probably the best place to get your boots shined! I needed some uniforms the next day with patches and they were able to deliver! If I could add more stars I would! Thanks Goodies.

The people here are great and they produce a quality product. I have ordered several hundred dollars worth of uniforms and they always tailor them just right. This place is small, but it blows away ALL the other competitors.
