I’ve been coming to this store for the longest time. not because it’s convenient, but because the people who run the store have always been so inviting. I stopped coming here for a while because it was usually my dad I was with, but I recently walked in and felt like not a thing changed =] They are all sweet hearts here.

I was finally going to get my Filipino food but this place caught me eye, I had to go in. Crowded small parking area, but nice atmosphere. a freindly guy at the door, asked if I needed any help. Fiipino & non-Filipino chicarones, peanuts, Adobo flavor cornuts, chocolates and ice cream. Videos for sale too. They had many ingredients for cooking and the traditional seasonings. Small, cramped walkway, not a lot of space, no A/C at the time I was there. Get in, get out, lots of great things to grab.

My mom has been sending me to this store every since I can remember. They have everything you need from rice, sugar, soy sauce, meat, etc. It is Filipino owned so they have all the Filipino goodies you are looking for. My personal favorites have to be the dried mangoes and Magnolia ice cream. Best thing about this place is they have cooked fish readily available every night. For a few bucks you can buy cooked tilapia or bangus(milkfish). You have the option to have it fried or grilled. They also assist you in your catering needs as my mom would always order the egg rolls, fried fish, or even lechon for special occasion. It’s ran by Auntie Felly and her whole fam. They are super cool and they are always willing to help you out. I for one don’t know how speak the native language proficiently but with a little explaining and imaginative hand gestures they know what I am looking for. It’s a small moms and pops market. Don’t expect a selection such as 99 Ranch or Ralphs. It gets the job done and is very convenient. Where else can I find a phone card, rice, Filipino movie, and cooked fish in one stop?
