Tacos, Burritos, Flautas, Tortas, Menudo everything I’ve tried is so yummy. Satisfying and never been disappointed. The salsa and chips are the best. I’ve already brought family and friends here and they’ve all loved their food. The owner and son are always nice and courteous.

I wanted to love this place, I really did. I was so excited about taco tuesday and it turned out to be a little bit of a bummer. They don’t offer carne asada for taco tuesday… WHAT? I settled for al pastor and it was good but the salsa verde on top was lacking flavor. I’ve had better. I ordered a junior burrito and the chicken was really moist but again… lacking flavor. I ordered the salsa verde(before having tried anything, including the tacos) and I forgot to ask for no beans(my fault). It seems like whenever something comes with refried beans that’s the only flavor you really taste with every bite. All in all, I definitely won’t be back. Some might be critical but I grew up on great Mexican food and since I’m not in the LA area anymore, I’m always looking but always seem to be disappointed.

I had a wet burrito and it was nothing out of the ordinary. A little flavorless I would say.

Oh my god. Best Mexican food place ever!!! Yesterday my boyfriend and I stopped by to try their mixed fajitas and wet burrito. I fell in love with the fajitas. They are seasoned perfectly, packed with lots of veggies, and de veined shrimp. I had a bite of my boyfriends wet burrito with the green sauce. The sauce had a special kick which added some heat, but not too much. We will be back today to try their dollar tacos for taco Tuesday(-;

What a great place! The dining area is VERY clean. It is bright and cheery inside. Staff member promptly greeted us with a big smile – as we noticed, everyone got a warm welcome from him. Food is flavorful-no need for burning hot, spicy, sauces. Portions are generous; price is very reasonable. We’ll be back!

I must say, this place is amazing! The person at the counter was very welcoming and friendly as soon as you enter. While I sat and waited for my food, I was able to ENJOY a show which provided much laughter. Once home with my food, I couldn’t wait to dive in! Let me say — I WASNOT disappointed! The flavored were all there and hit every taste bud that craved Mexican food. I WILL be back!!!

Already one of my all-time favorite spots. I wish I had gotten her name, but the woman running the place was amazing. She took the time, although she was busy, to bring us samples of the shredded beef, carnitas and al pastor. She was so accommodating with my baby too. She offered to bring a side of rice for her and not charge. I would come back just for this woman, she was THAT sweet! BUTGETTHIS: THEFOODWASIMPECCABLETOO. Authentic and downright delicious Mexican food. I’ll probably be back tomorrow.

Thank you fellow Unilocalers. 5 stars is appropriate. Went to this small, clean neighborhood joint for lunch. As I pulled up there were 5 Sheriff’s cars parked all around the place. When I asked one of them if there was something going on, he said yeah lunch. I got the chicken, shrimp and beef fajitas and they were amazing. Sizzling hot and pilled high with meat. They come with rice and beans, guacamole, cabbage and corn tortilla’s. Epic. Great chips and salsa too. $ 14.50 plus tip! Go where the locals and cops eat. They know the best spots. I will definitely be back.

Checked this place because was just passing by and glad I did. Ordered the shredded beef taco and the chili relleno. OMG the shredded beef tasted like it has been cooked slowly to perfection. And the burrito had a nice spice from the chili relleno. Definitely coming back, found the new spot!

Ok, so my husband and I came to check it out. Let me tell you, it’s so delicious ! Good customer service. The burrito was bomb and the carnita plate was really good. The meat it’s really juicy and tender I will definitely come back and try something new !

I decided to try this place based on the reviews, I ordered a taco just to try it out, the server brought out some chip and salsa which was really good, when the taco came the first thing that stood out was the size, it’s bigger then the usual size they serve at some other places, after eating the taco I was sold, I ordered the wet and dry burrito and it was just as good as the taco, service was great, restaurant was clean, guacamole was fresh. When the owner found out it was our first time there he brought out some carnitas and ground beef samples, highly recommend this place if your looking for some good Mexican food.

Not only was the food fantastic(I had the asada fajitas), but the customer service was GREAT! our server happily substituted my request for no rice and extra vegetables(peppers); she kept our waters constantly filled; salsa plentiful; brought out a sample of their shredded beef which was GOOD(and i do not like shredded beef or chicken) – but it was savory, and tender; she brought us menus to take with us, checked on us often – basically took really good care of us. they even have a TV that was playing Rocky! :) the ONLY problem with this place is there is limited street parking and no lot.

I recently went here for dinner 30 mins before closing and they accommodated without a problem. I give them 5 stars because 1. Food is delicious! I’m Mexican so eating at a Mexican restaurant means I’m going to be picky and again DELICIOUS. 2. The service was quick and sweet, our waiter was awesome and even brought us different meat samples(carnitas & shredded beef) which was great because I loved one & my boyfriend lived the other. 3. Total was $ 23. We ordered a mi burrito, mi burrito jr, horchata, coke and chips and salsa included. I will definitely come back again! You won’t be disappointed

First time here & I enjoyed it! I usually know when they serve good food when I taste the salsa & must I say the salsa was tasty. I got the green chilaquiles, came w/rice, beans & eggs. The food was scrumptious & the portion served was perfect. The horchata is yummylicious definitely would recommend it!

Sign said they opened at 10am. They didn’t actually open the doors until 10:10am — which is kind of late for breakfast? I digress. After finally trying it I have an honest review to give: I ordered a Chorizo breakfast burrito. I was surprised by the price. I was next door at the car wash and decided to walk over. I offered the guy washing my car a burrito too. For the two breakfast burritos was $ 17.50 — dafuq? I expected amazing. It wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t bad… but it definitely didn’t warrant the price. Also the toastadas they gave with the meal were stale in some parts. Turnoff. I do want to come back and try a wet burrito one day so I’m still open to giving this place another shot. Breakfast just doesn’t seem to be their strong point.

Had a good lunch with a friend. Great chips and salsa. Fresh and actually spicy. Delicious. However, the meats were unusually salty today. Had to downgrade one star. Al Pastor = 9 Beef = 9 Chicken = 9 Great salsa and ingredients. Slightly over seasoned. There’s the added benefit of the slap stick comedy that’s overhead on the TV. Pretty enjoyable while you’re eating your taco Tuesday lunch. :)

I’m a huge fan of Taco Tuesday’s(who isn’t?) and after reading a couple reviews and seeing the great rating, I decided to drive 25 minutes to this restaurant. To be straight to the point — the tacos were underwhelming. The two-bite tacos fit in the palm of your hand, which isn’t the best deal for $ 1 a piece. Unless the flavor is there. I ordered 3 al pastor tacos and they were overcooked, dry with a mix of crunchy and chewy. All the wrong things. It was as if I got the left over meat that had been sitting out all day, even though I was at the restaurant hours before closing. The chicken, carnitas, and beef tacos were better. But still nothing great. The guacamole was great. As was the horchata, house-made chips & salsa. And the staff were AMAZING. Truly the redeeming quality of this restaurant. They were very sweet and very sincere. There are some good things going on here, I would just advise to try elsewhere for taco Tuesday.

First of all, whoever hired the front lady— way to go. I am overly satisfied with my pick up experience merely because she was GENUINELY a sweet person. She wasn’t being paid to be nice, she just is. Thanks for that. Second, holy crap the wet burrito is so good! Lastly, don’t leave without ordering the tres leches cheesecake. I want a whole one for my birthday.

My husband and I came here to get our Mexican fix after he found this place on Unilocal. The restaurant is facing the street adjacent to a liquor store. The parking is limited(marked 20min parking; green) and the neighborhood just doesn’t look too appealing. The restaurant size is small and there really isn’t too big of an area for seating. However, the cleanliness and service is top notch. Appetizer: Normally you get a basket of chips with your salsa. This is the only place I’ve run into that gives you the whole tortilla and allows you to break it into small pieces yourself. It sort of added an «authentic» Mexican feeling to my meal. I ordered a large shredded chicken wet burrito and my husband ordered the asada tacos. Add a horchata and Coke to the list and you have our entire bill. Our server lady was very friendly and was very attentive with providing us with more refills and tortillas and salsa before we hit rock bottom. Our entrees arrived promptly as there was only one other table of two in the restaurant. My wet burrito was huge and filled with rice/beans/lettuce/shredded chicken. The sauce was very mild and was lacking some kick. I now wonder if I could have requested for the added spice. My husband’s asada tacos were filled with meat and the steak was cooked perfectly. It is rare that we see beautiful, fat-less steak meat in street tacos so this was a treat. The quality of the food is well made. I just did not find the flavors to be that exciting. Hence, the docked star.

BESTTACOSEVER. $ 1 on Tuesdays. This area is competitive when it comes to Mexican food and I’ve eaten at most of them. This spot is good. Clean interior and good menu of all the classics. Sounds like the menudo is pretty popular here. Gotta try it when I’m hung over :) The hot sauce/salsa is excellent. A bunch of good deep flavor and heat, put it on everything. The Carnitas = 10 –so soft, melt-in-your-mouth, flavorful and succulent, this was my favorite. The Al Pastor = 9 –delicious, smoky and soft great chipotle flavors. The shredded beef = 9 –excellent, good soft beef with absolutely all choice parts. Nothing chewy or un chewable what so every. Note that these are 2 bite tacos. I picked up 2 each, 6 tacos were $ 6.54 flat. They had a chicken option as well if you want bird. I could not put the tacos down. So good! I’ll be back next Tuesday.
