Scheduled a car with these guys and they never showed up. When I called to ask where the car was, the guy said «he’d be right there.» After another 15 minutes, I called back twice and he sent me straight to voicemail both times. Then he TEXTED me «I can’t talk right now.»
So not only did they not show up, but they avoided my calls. Poor service all around. Avoid at all costs.

Oohh! I think dont even deserve a one star! Please please don’t use this service!
I was in NYC and needed a car to go to Connecticut for my business meeting. I am very organised person so I called the day before to Michaels Limo and ordered a car to pick me up at 9am. How it was stupid of me not to goggle reviews on this company before i did that.
First of all I had an impression the person on the other end of the line was drunk. But i didn’t pay much attention to it.
Next morning when car hasnt arrived at 9.15 (surprise surprise) I called Micheal and asked him what was going on. He asked my name and said he would call me in couple min. After 20 min and five! my calls what were sent directly to voice mail I got desperate. He called me back and said my car was on the way and ETA was in about 10 min. Then the driver called me and told me he would be there in 25 – 35 min. Can you imagine my frustration!!! When 25 min past i called the driver and he told me that it was a mistake and he wasnt going to come and pick me up and told me to call Michael again! After an hour later and zillion calls back and forth I got another car from different company. Michael called me at 10.15 telling me my car was waiting for me outside. Needless to say he was sent to hell… Sorry .
Michael! Remember me ?! I hope my review will help people to avoid your services!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This business is extremely unprofessional. Most drivers have attitudes but nothing beats the owner. He answers calls drunk every single night. Never punctual. Caused us to miss our flight! If you are looking for something professional and accommodating look elsewhere!!! oh and FYI he writes his own reviews!!! So please ignore any positive reviews you might find!
