Love love love store. Friendly staff on the floor and friendly and efficient staff on the check out lines. I love the Under Armour sections for women men and children. Any sport my son has been into they have it.

Solid store. They are a bit expensive, but the staff is mostly very friendly and willing to assist. Managers are great. I had to return things twice and it was no haste. Personally, I’d rather pay a little extra and have a friendly staff and a line that moves quickly unlike Wal-​Mart, which is the worst place ever.

The employees here were really cool! The store was closed but they still let me in to check out prices! I was escorted right to the merchandise I was in search of ! The customer Service here is pretty great! As the employee walked me in he asked if the registers closed? They do their job and go beyond what’s really in their job description ! This hasn’t been the 1st time Sports Authority treated me this way! It’s nice to know the employees are all like this no matter which one you visit! The discount card is also pretty good I’m always receiving coupons thru my email. Even checking I. Just now I got a 10.00 off 50.00 purchase just for checking in on the Unilocal app! I will say this store is a bit pricey vs. Home Depot! But they have cool sporting Equipment and awesome Kayaks!

Amazing customer service! My boyfriend and I walked in on a Saturday at noon and were greeted by several pleasant employees asking how they can help us. At first we didn’t need help but Omar, a floor employee, saw me trying on several pairs of sneakers and asked to help. I appreciated his assistance and he was so attentive and did not make me feel pressured or rushed. Great experience overall! And I love my new sneakers. Thank you!
