Subway

I asked for a breakfast sandwich and the worker didn’t put egg on it. I reminded her that it was a breakfast sandwich after she toasted it (no issues at all) they had everything I wanted and it looked bomb! When I go to pay they charge me for extra meat (I never asked for extra meat) I ask about the additional charge and the cashier told me that it’s because I made it a breakfast sandwich too late into the order. They only put 4 pieces of meat in their breakfast sandwiches and the worker put it in 8. HOW TF IS THAT MY FAULT… I ASKED for a breakfast sandwich before we started… a customer should not have to pay for the incompetence (or deafness) of an employee. I left agitated, I was mad at the principle of the matter (a buck 50 isn’t a big deal). I came back after 5 minutes because I felt insulted and I didn’t feel like eating that sandwich. They struggled with figuring out how to reimburse my money into my card but it worked out. Sorry Subway, you could have been out $ 1.50 if your employees were to have a managerial head on their shoulders… but now you are out $ 10. I’m sure you that money will come back to you after you overcharge other customers. Now that donut place next to you guys… you can take a few pointers from them, they know how to please a customer. They charge $.75 to use a card but she threw in a good amount of donut holes to compensate me.

So disappointed with this location. I ordered a flatizza and the lady almost forgot to put cheese on it. I go home to find my pizza uncut and soft, it was not hot at all… I was overall unsatisfied!

Came in here one time and they were out of OLIVES! Not cool! If I wasn’t starving at the time, I would have left without ordering anything.

As always. wonderful service and a great sandwich… made exactly like my dieting husband likes. lol! Plus my salad… yumm!

I love that they are open until 11pm! Everything is still available until closing!

This place is clean and customer service is decent.
