Taco Bell

This guy at the drive thru apparently likes to call people names, he called my girlfriend an elf. Really? This establishment is really disappointing and I will never come here again. I understand it’s just Taco Bell and it doesn’t seem like much qualification is required to work there, but this was the manager calling my girlfriend an elf in all seriousness and that really makes me furious. Reymer L. is his name and he said he was the manager, it doesn’t appear that Taco Bell trains their employees very well and this really disgusts me.

I wish I could give this a 5 star rating, but I have to give it 4 stars. I am usually very understanding if a staff member or worker is having a hard time, but during my drive thru experience the staff at Taco Bell working the drive thru menu was very short and curt and I had to repeat my order two times. And she have that look as if o dos something wrong for asking for more napkins. I guess maybe she was tired because they are closing in 30 minutes, but usually the food is good and service is good and staff is friendly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Got home n my whole order was completely wrong. Ordered crunch wrap with regular cheese instead of that disgusting nacho cheese. Got the nasty nacho cheese. Ordered a double decker supreme. Got a dry double decker. Ugh. Stick to fresh del taco.

I come here quite often since it is close to my house. They are open late hours and I somehow always seem to get accidental mountain dews along with my baja blast.
The lines can get pretty long and it just takes a slower worker to hold up the drive thru lane. For the most part however, they churn the drive thru folks pretty quickly. The workers taking the orders speak fluent English and I have not h ad any issues with them getting the order wrong.
The one time they forgot to give me my iced tea, I tried to call but it kept saying the line was disconnected. I drove back, got into the drive thru lane and explained by situation. Luckily, there was not a change shift so the lady knew exactly who I was and was very apologetic for the mistake.
When I picked up my tea, she also proceeded to hand me a brown bag. I told her it was just the tea she forgot and she said it’s a little something for the mistake she made. Super nice. thank you for the cinnatwists :)

So close to home… when needing a snack. This be the place to go. always great customer service. Fast and easy. These guys have yet to make a mistake on my order. Tacos and burritos are awesome! Happy hour from 2pm-​5pm oh best deals on some good food

Totally love taco bell… Good food and cheap but this location disappointed me today. Picked up my usual order after a long line in drive thru. Order comprised of seven layer burrito with no cheese, no cheese n just fried potato but its called cheesy potato fiesta and Cinnabon delights. Potatoes were half the quantity and Cinnabon delights were stale like warmed up.
I still like the food but maybe will pick another location next time.

These places should only exist for drive thru… The walk up is a joke… There could be 15 cars in the drive thru and three people at the walk up and if you are the third person, you will not get your food until the 15^th car has been served… It’s ridiculous but hey, it’s cheap fast food

The age old debate between Taco Bell and Del Taco is as enduring as Coca Cola vs Pepsi. Although, both fast food Mexican restaurants each have their perks, if I had to choose one overall — I’ll stick with Taco Bell for their creative marketing ideas.
THINK OUTSIDE THE BUN
That statement is probably embedded somewhere in your brain. I’m just as surprised sometimes on how Taco Bell still remains competitive by creating new food options using the same ingredients that haven’t changed in the last decade or so. Their entire menu is based on several main items, mixed and matched to form a new creation.
Lately, they’ve been experimenting with the Catina Menu. It’s supposed to be a healthier option — marinated chicken, black beans, cilantro rice, and dressing. Teaming up with Frito Lay, they also promote the Doritos Los Tacos. The taco shells are flavored with either Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch, just like the potato chips. It’s a very smart campaign, if you ask me.
This Taco Bell venue should «Make A Run For The Border» cause it’s got some downsides. On a few occasions, I’ve been short changed and their drive thru is only open till midnight. How I wish sometimes that it was open late or even 24 hours. Well, at least they carry my favorite Mountain Dew Baja Blast.

Great Taco Bell in what used to be a Pup n’ Taco — but who but me remembers that. Great food and service with a unique eclectic exotic décor compared to other Bell’s. Another History lesson for this location: when Star Wars I released, they had Star Wars voiced trash cans here that when you deposited trash said «May the Force be with you». I’m not making this up. Just old enough to remember!

This is the worst Taco Bell in Norwalk! The employees are so rude especially the one in the drive thru. I have been disrespected by her so many times that attitude should not be accepted. They always get my order wrong. Her name is A Silva & I will r speaking with her manager. Very disappointed.

cant believe there is not a single review for this place. I lived close to this location for several mo is HANDS down the fastest fast food resturaunt I have ever been to. My average time through the drive though is usually less than 2 ½ minutes from order to pickup. outstanding.
