Taco Bell

I seem to always have a bad experience ordering food here in the night. My cheesy gordita crunch has no cheese in between my taco and the gordita. I asked for no tomato on my burrito and it seems like they added extra. If you’re looking for 4^th meal! Do not come to this location. This is the 3^rd time it happens. And it’s the closest to my house

Service was bad computers inside were not working so they used just one for both drive thru and dining room. So it took so long then I noticed my order went out to the car in drive thru because the lady brought it back in said it was not hers. The employee took it back put it in a tray and called my number. Really the burritos were all un wrapped gross! And no apologize! She did remake my order but was rude and upset! Food quality was messy!

I visited this place multiple times to try to get different experience. False. From 4pm to 9pm the drive thru is really slow. If there are more than 5 cars, prepare to wait about 12 minutes for your food. Don’t even bother going inside. Lunch time is faster. But this is ridiculous! I could have gone to Cheesecake Factory.

Today i had to wait 10mins or more for a cashier to take our order. And another 10to get my food. Smh. I only have a 30min lunch. Never like it here. They are super slow and nvr greet anyone. There not rude but they are slow. Like hello… is a FAST FOOD SERVICE!

The one time I crave pizza from Pizza Hut I come here and everything is horrible. Drive thru is closed, they’re not accepting debit/​credit cards, their soda machine sucks, and to top it off their whole «system» went down so they’re not taking orders at all lol. I try to stay away from fast food and this experience made it so much worse. Not to mention that they told customers it was going to be a few minutes to get it back up to only kick them out. Cashier was nice so this star goes out to her. This place gets none lol.

I noticed all the reviews for this location are relatively old, but I just moved down the street, making this my primary Taco Bell. It’s not a huge staple in my diet, but it’s cheap and easily veganized, so I love having one close.
This location is pretty awesome. I don’t know if the team is new or what, but I always order on the app, and my food is always prepared well and in a timely manner. My burritos, tacos, and crunchwraps are STUFFED when I get them from here and it’s tasty every time I’ve had it thus far.
Very nice staff, and while I was waiting for my food the other day, I noticed a woman walk up near the counter and the nice woman working helped her out immediately. Then after her transaction was finished, the customer stood near the counter looking up while waiting, and not only one, but the TWO other guys working nicely asked her if she’d been helped already.
I’ve experienced this location as nothing but attentive and delicious, and I’ve never had an incorrect order. I don’t know what y’all are smoking.

This service is horrific. My grandson asked for Doritos taco no lettuce tomato or sour cream, when he opens the taco it’s filled with sour cream covered with tomatoes. You couldn’t even see the meat. This is the third time in a row this has happened to me seriously how hard is it to take a food order. I’m nervous every time I go there because I know they’ll mess up on my order after this experience it’s hard to say I can go there worry free. I’m going to drive further for better service, well worth the gas.

Tonight’s food was… HORRIBLE! The Grilled Stuft Burritos were definitely NOT Stuft! They were barely filled, and the cinnamon twists were inedible! They were completely hard. If we ate them, we’d have to visit the dentist in the morning to replace our chipped teeth. The Crunchwrap Supreme tasted funny, which makes me believe that an ingredient was not fresh — not even close. I ended up taking two bites and throwing it away. Seriously. I don’t expect too much from you, Taco Bell, but tonight was a bad experience. A really, REALLY bad experience.

I came here with a friend, I met out here. She told me, she hasn’t had Taco Bell in a minute.
The outside was nice, but the inside was a different story. But I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. There was only two crew members holding it down. One guy making the food and the other doing front register and drive-​thru orders.
We didn’t order anything fancy, just some Double Decker tacos, Nachos and a burrito with two drinks. It took several minutes to get our order and I couldn’t find a clean table.
We ended up, killing our food and dipping out. Maybe next time, I come it’ll be a different experience.

I HATE this location! They tend to always get something wrong. I always order no lettuce and tomatoes and they ALWAYS leave it on. I am constantly checking my bag before I leave. I actually started going to the one on Rosecrans and Pioneer. Their food actually tastes a lot fresher and they make my order the way I request.

This joint is okay for a Taco Bell.
It’s your run-​of-​the-​mill Taco Bell with a twist: Your orders may either take long or will be wrong.
I waited for 20 minutes for an order one time as my friend was already finishing his, told the lady at the counter about it and they handed me the missing order. All seem well until I found out that it was what I ordered, just the wrong variation. There would be times some of the sodas would be out too, but other than that, it’s just another Taco Bell. More so a Taco Bell testing everyone’s patience. Chances are you just gotta check the place out anytime but in the afternoon if you want decent service, I do recall other employees being rather nice in different hours.

I use to go to this location. The reason I don’t go is because the current GM doesn’t take care of anything and is more of a guard dog for her employees and has no interest in fixing their mess ups.
However the only nice thing about this place is Isabella

It may be fast food, but I will go out of my way for a good place with good people working the counter/​drive-​thru. I am glad it is also a Pizza Hut.
The employees seem so busy, but always greet with a genuine smile. I have also witnessed a few of them being extra kind to the homeless.

Have to agree, the food is pretty much the same as any other Taco Bell but the drive thru service is amazing! It’s also extremely quick and efficient.

Service:
Lady had me holding on for a bit before taking my order. No big deal. Friendly enough.
Wait:
Maybe 3 – 5 minutes. Expected for a Saturday night
Food:
Steak quesadillas: One was okay, one was burnt.
Guacamole: Super small servings! The cup wasn’t even half full!
Pizza: Good.
Breadsticks: Taste was okay. but the bread was hard.
Soft taco: Okay

I LOVE THIS TACO BELL…
Sure the food is only as good as other Taco Bells, but the thing that makes this taco bell amazing is the drive thru. Oh the most amazing drive thru service I will ever have EVER.
On numerous occasions when I ordered for three or less people, I pull up to the drive thru window and they’re holding the bags out the window already. I don’t think I’ve ever spent longer than 5 minutes in that drive thru. It also has that little meter thing that says how much your meal costs, and it actually works.
This is the one fast food place that I would leave tips for. Those people deserve it.
