Hi, my name is Sal! I lived in South Florida for the past 6 years working in Marketing and Advertising. I recently moved back to Connecticut as to be a part of The Help Desk to enhance the overall customer experience.

Our goal here is to provide our customers with the best retail experience for their technical needs. The average person has so many devices and does not know how to utilize them, we are here to change that, making the user experience, a fun and easy one.

I am thrilled to be a part of The Help Desk, especially in such the infant stages. These are very exciting times. Technology changes daily and we are here to help you keep up with it!
