Several months ago we came into this Verizon store hoping to switch to Verizon and order new iPhones. The guy that helped us was very patient with all my questions, but when it came time to place our phone order, he quoted us a much higher price for an iPhone 664gb than it is supposed to be. The phones were back ordered and would take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive. After 3 weeks had passed and we hadn’t heard anything about our phones, I called the store to check on the status of our phones. They had no idea where our phones were! The girl said she would check with her manager and call us back the next day. After 3 consecutive days of calling the store and them giving us the runaround, we finally got an answer… for some reason unknown to them our order had ben cancelled! WHAT?! So we went back into the store to re-order our phones. Once again they quoted us a higher price for the iPhone than what is on their website(and what is standard pricing everywhere). We were clearly unhappy that after waiting 3+ weeks we still had no phones, and while I know the manager couldn’t get us a phone any faster since they were all backordered, he was incredibly dismissive and didn’t try to make things right with us. Eventually he offered us a discount on their overpriced phone accessories. –_– We felt uneasy about our order and were worried we would ultimately get overcharged, so we eventually cancelled our order. We were so turned off by the whole experience, we didn’t try ordering phones again until 2 months later. This time we ordered over the phone and it was a breeze! Skip the Verizon store and just call Verizon Customer Service to order a phone.
