This place is amazing! Secure and conveniently located and organized. And the staff are very helpful and nice to look at! I would come here just to have coffee with the staff that are so pleasant.

I am very disappointed in this business and I’m thinking of moving to a different storage I had changed my card a few weeks ago I called several times to this facility and I kept getting redirected to the main corp office I have them my new number and told them I needed to change my card number before my payment was due the guy even asked me again what my number was and told me that the office would give me a call back I never heard from anyone called again and the same thing then finally I got ahold of someone here at this office and they said they were charging me for late fees because that was my fault like really I don’t work there they should had called back or got my information down correctly then they wanted to charged me $ 30 for a new lock plus to get it cut off I think that was even more ridiculous poor service and customer service!!! very disappointed…

This place is great. I had to move my business storage from another city due to a Housing development coming in):. In moving here, I got more space and actually the maintenance guy made several sugguestions that were very productive. They are very friendly and concerned about keeping your business. They actually made some amendments to my space that helped me. I’ve never heard of a storage space tailoring things for you. You rent the space, pay your bill and that’s it. I highly recommend this location!

They had a 2 month deal they saved me a ton of cash compared to all of the big name storage places, as well as a free truck for me to use when I moved my stuff. The whole facility is really clean and the staff are very friendly. If you’re local and looking for a storage unit, this is probably as good as it gets :)

This storage facility has some MAJOR communication problems with their independent «Call Center» in TX. Apparently the only way to reach a call center rep is when the facility in Norwalk let doesn’t pick up and the call rolls over to the call center. And when you do speak to the call center they tell you that they cannot call the facility. All communication is apparently done by email.
I was quoted rates for two sizes of drive up units both with a move-​in promotion by the call center. The next day I toured the facility.
I was wowed with the appearance. Wide, concrete, extremely clean driveways and beautiful clean units. I can honestly say that this is the best maintained storage facility I have ever seen. Kudos to John, the maintenance man. He absolutely LOVES his job and it shows.
Not such kind words for the office staff, Carol and Leslie. They offered little help in getting me the units and terms that were quoted by the call center. We don’t have, we can’t do, etc.etc. In the end I feel that I was misled.
It took me at least 5 hours on the phone and three visits to the office to straighten out something that could have been handled by Carol with one 5 minute phone call. Overall a very frustrating experience and a terrible way to treat the Customer.
Again, Big Ups to John who encouraged me not to give up.

I LOVE Your Space Self Storage! They have been accomodating to me and my needs every step of the way. The MAINTENANCE GUY has always been super helpful to me with all of my needs, even when I’ve gotten stuck inside after hours he has come to my aid. And the women in the office are ANGELS as well, very understanding and helpful. THANK YOU Your Space, not only do i feel sure my belongings are safe, I am treated in the highest regard every time I show up!

New manager Carol Was very rude ! We went in there to see if there was anything we can do to lower the price since we pay)$ 154 a month now that our 6 month promotion ran out a few months back. With the industry being so competitive we thought that it would be beneficial for us to work together and compromise on a price before we take our business else where. She very rudely said she is new management and she isn’t putting up with anything and we can take our business elsewhere if we don’t like it. We have never been late, never complained about anything even when they put the «mandatory insurance «on our contract .so it’s very disappointing when a corporation puts these uneducated people as the face of their business! We are gladly take our business and personal cherished items elsewhere as you no longer deserve our money or trust !
Good luck running a profitable/​successful business especially when you hire people who work for their own ego busts than customer satisfaction!

This facility is very well kept and blew my mind with their prices and how lower the prices are than public storage. The facility looks well guarded and brand new. And the grounds man was very attentive. I was so impressed with the overall experience.

Issues were solved thanks to customer service I would recommend more people to your self storage

I came in to ask to do a transfer to a bigger unit and the personnel that worked on Friday where of no help to me! The two woman in that office where very rude!!. They wouldn’t help me! All I wanted was information on a bigger unit, they were too busy doing something else — which looked like nothing to me.
I feel that if I am a customers I should’ve been attended to no matter what was going on in the office. The bottom line was that they told me that if I didn’t like the information they gave me that I could go look for another storage place somewhere else! Can you believe that! After that comment, That’s what I did! so please be careful anyone who reads this review so you don’t get treated the same way.
PS — I was not going to write a review but the more I think about it the more angry I get I don’t want anyone to be treated so disrespectful!

I would give 5 stars for price, amenities, cleanliness, and friendly service from most of the staff.
There was some confusion on how Unilocal coupons work at first, but the company immediately took control of the situation.
No matter what the situation is, the management will do whatever it takes to reach out to their customers and make things right because they care about their customers and prospectives.
The storage spaces are clean and air conditioned. And I have yet to worry about smells or traffic jams in the vicinity.

Best deal in town. They beat any price. At first I was a little skeptical just coz it’s cheaper and they’re willing to beat any price. But honestly after seeing this place, I’m so glad we chose this. It’s definitely clean and in a good area.

Never trust their word on the phone, they do not give you the whole truth.
Their offer is valid for three month or more.
Cheap and almost not professional.

First 3 months $ 139/​month for their biggest outside space 220 Sq ft, month to month.
Great service from the sweet Carla!
She spent time explaining everything, letting me take my time to photograph the space to get approval from the boss and not getting annoyed at all while I stayed on the phone for awhile. She even let me pick my own access code too :)

I called and spoke to a very helpful lady named carla enciso. She was a kind and well informed manager She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I got a great rates for 3 months I’ll recommend your to ALL who are looking for a clean storage. THANK YOU. A happy customer.

This place is very clean, lot’s of light within the unit. management is very helpful. promotional price is competitive with other storage place like the popular Public Storage. prices after promotion is fair compare to others. I recommend this place to my friends and followers.
