Went there to order furniture about 2 months before due to have my daughter. Martha and Jim are VERY helpful and nice (practically made me sit in a gliding rocker to get off of my feet — not that I minded!) without hovering (I hate that)… not easy to have tht balance, given the vast selection of stuff in there! Anyhoo, the company I ordered the furniture from had a «change of management» or some such nonsense (it was ChildCraft — don’t even get me started) which resulted in an order placed in June being abruptly cancelled in August — 2 weeks before my due date — with nary a stick of furniture in sight for me. Poor Martha actually had to call and tell me this. End result: they bent over backwards to get me the best alternative (which worked out just fine) at what I’m sure was some expense to them (although they wouldn’t ‘fess up to that). All in all, the #1 place for me to go to for stuff for my punkin!

We picked up the chair and once we brought it home and set it up, we had an issue. The back would not attach completely straight after a few attempts. We called the store and talked to the owner Jim. He was a bit busy that week but made an appointment to come the next.
After moving the chair from one room to another it went on straight. No idea why! So we didn’t need to have Jim come out for a visit, but it was nice to know they were responsive to problems once you’ve received your item.
The showroom at a baby’s nest is very nice. They have a wide variety of furniture and other items available to actually see, sit in, etc before you order.
Ordering from them was very painless. They do get busy from time to time so follow up if your not getting the information your looking for relative to when your item is coming in.
