About as good as it gets. An old school garage steeped in honesty and customer service. If you are looking for a place that operates with a smile and a handshake then look no further. This is like the «Cheers» of the mechanic world. They make an effort to get to know you and make every effort to work with your schedule and time line. I have had numerous cars in there, both new & old. While the new vehicles were straightforward brakes/​oil changes, etc. My ’86 Chevy required a lot more attention and trouble shooting. John has the patience to make sure you leave their pleased with their work. They are not interested in a burn and churn for a quick buck $; it is simply not in their DNA. The secret to their success lies in their ability to build long-​term happy customers for the next generation of Joseph entrepreneurs. They will direct you to a local competitor if they feel they have a skill set more suited for your needs, or a specialized tool that your car requires (happened to me).
There is a reason why this is a successful 4^th generation family business. If you are looking for a great garage, great work and even better people then look no further.

Joseph’s provides exactly the type of service that you want from a local family run service station and used car lot. My family has been using Joseph’s for years for that very reason.
Our family’s first experience with Joseph’s was in 1996, when we broke from the family tradition of buying only Dodge, and bought our first Pontiac. Joseph gave a great deal on my first new car, and they gave top dollar for the old used car we traded in.
I’m glad we bought that Pontiac, because it was a great car, and introduced us to Joseph’s. They have been servicing my family’s cars ever since. They even bought some of our old cars, and give us a great deal. They are all extremely nice to work with.
Unfortunately, Joseph’s is no longer a Pontiac dealer, since Pontiac no longer exists as a new car manufacturer… sniffle. But they still service cars, and they also sell used cars from their lot. And you can easily find Joseph’s by their classic Pontiac sign with the Chief’s head. That sign is probably worth more than the entire property.
How about this example for service. Years ago my mom sold a car to Joseph’s, but bought a new car somewhere else since Joseph’s doesn’t sell new cars anymore. One day when her new car was having trouble and she couldn’t leave the house, Art from Joseph’s actually drove her old car (the one he bought from my mom and was still sitting on their lot) over to her house. Art drove her new car to his shop so he could work on it, while letting my mom borrow the car she had sold them. Who does that? That’s just how Joseph’s treats their loyal customers. And it gives me a great feeling to know that Joseph’s takes care of my mom so well.
I give Joseph’s all of my service business, because they are the best, and they have earned it. You will not find a more honest and competent service station anywhere. Ever. Period.
