John never returns my phone calls. Im in the middle of a renovation and progress is at a stand still. Beware! While they were quick to deliver a professional looking bid for my home renovation and at a competitive price, there were several change orders which drastically increased the cost. To a certain extent the crew is experienced and professional but the fact that I haven’t heard from John in 3 months after repeatedly leaving messages on his cell and office # is abandonment. They take on too many projects and are ill equipped to handle the load. (poorly organized and a limited number of carpenters) John McKay, while has shown signs of quality work, is getting close to retirement and sadly seems to care more about signing on new customers than taking care of existing ones.
