My Gym offer fun fitness classes to children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. We also run active birthday parties for kids 1 to 8 years old. Our state-​of-​the-​art gym and two teacher class model makes My Gym a national leader in early learning programs. Come try a free class to see what we are all about!

History

Established in 2008.

We started in March of 2008. Thousands of children on the south shore have enjoyed our classes, birthday parties, and mobile gym classes. We now have over 2,000 families as members!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Prior to opening My Gym in Norwell, I was a science teacher at Cohasset High School. Many years before that, I worked in the software development industry and a project manager. Throughout my life I’ve been active in a variety of sports. Starting My Gym allowed me to combine my skills in teaching, business management, and athletics. Owning My Gym has been an amazing experience, and I plan to keep working hard at providing the best children’s fitness classes and programs in the years to come.
