Making my appointment online was seamless, I liked the email and text reminders, and my advisor Teresa was great.

Great service dept. we bought an m3 and the salesman could not have been nicer. The service dept is so efficient and friendly. Very impressed. All car dealerships should be run like this.

This is my favorite BMW dealership in New England!!! All service cosultants are very professional, specially Teresa Mullen!!! She has very nice personality, always ready to help and give you right consultation how to serve your vehicle the right way! Great communication! She has a lot of skills, knowledge and she is a nice person. Me and my wife would recommend this place to everybody!!!

This was my first experience of taking my car in for a service since buying it from the same place.
From the moment I booked and through all my interactions through the process I found everyone to be very professional, friendly and efficient.
They’ve made this whole process as easy and painless as possible. I have no hesitation taking my car back there even though there are other BMW garages nearer to where I live.

I was completely shocked to only see 3 stars for this company. From A-​Z my experience was nothing more than Exceptional. Rob Picerno and staff went above and beyond on a couple of occasions when I purchased my vehicle. Not only will I be recommending them to everyone, I will also be giving them future business. I am not an easy customer to say the least, as I am in the automotive business and expect the same service I give. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Outstanding from the beginning. My experience at the Norwood BMW Gallery was great because:
1)Warm, friendly greeting from an advisor who recognized me, even though I hadn’t been there in over a year, then addressed me by name before receiving any paperwork.
2) The respect for my time. I planned to wait but when they realized that the wait would be longer than anticipated a loaner vehicle was arranged.

I bought a vehicle from the Gallery back in Nov 2014, it was a CPO which comes with a 2yr warranty. I was surprised to find out my warranty ran out this Jan 2016 when i thought is was supposed to last until Nov of this year. Apparently the CPO warranty started Jan 2014, 11 months earlier from my purchase date because the first in service date was in Jan by the original owner. My salesman and the sales manager never told me this, misleading and lying to me just to make a sale. Time to find a new dealership or new brand altogether. Very upset and disappointed with BMW Gallery of Norwood.

All business, these guys got right to the point and were great to work with. It was honestly a relief to find this place after shopping around for a while. None of the other dealers were willing to do much online or over email, but Gallery of Norwood did willingly. I used the make an offer tool on their site for a new car in the inventory. They gave me a better deal than anyone else and it was done in maybe 10 – 20 minutes of texting the details. I came in the next day to get the car and sign and it was just as promised. That took maybe 45 minutes total and I was gone. And the car was still in plastic brand new, beautiful. They cleaned it up and gave me a demo before I left.
Sales manager Robert Picerno helped me get the deal I wanted and facilitated everything without a hitch. The dealership is immaculate and everyone there was nice and just professional. Thank you!

I just got finished purchasing a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive here. It is a black coupe with a manual transmission. I had been looking for this car for years, in either dark blue or black. Because of the 2 door, the color and the manual transmission, it is a fairly rare car. Heck, they don’t even make them new anymore. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Powell and Steve Stein. They were excellent to work with. Courteous, knowledgable (Which is important for me since I am a «Car Guy» that been in the automotive business since 1981), professional and with a sense of humor. However I did run into a typical «Used Car Salesman» there. He shall remain nameless. I got the car that I had been looking for. I got it at a reasonable price, and it was a lot better transaction that the one that I had experienced at BMW Sudbury, last year when I took it in the colon. I would recommend this place, and these two particular gentlemen for your BMW purchase.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I went to BMW Gallery of Norwood after a few visits to another BMW dealership where it seemed like no one was listening to what we wanted and the only goal was to get us to buy the most expensive car with options we did not need. At the BMW Gallery we met Mark Tortolani who listened carefully to what we wanted and did not try to upsell us. He put all the options before us without pressuring us in any way — we ended up with a great car (a GT) at a great price. Dealing with Mark was hands down the best car buying experience. He is truly a nice guy focused not only on closing the sale but also on developing a long term client relationship. With us, he got two customers — as soon as my husband’s lease is over, we’ll be back to Mark. So, echoing Sana B.‘s review — Mark Tortolani is your guy!

This review is for the service department only since I did not buy my car there. Very smooth process, helpful and accommodating staff and they walked me through all of the components of my warranty and even pulled up info about my BMW. Nice waiting area lounge with free bagels, coffee, juice etc. Very nice parts/​store with all sorts of neat BMW gadgets. I can honestly say it was a pleasurable experience and I came away from it feeling good. I would definitely recommend the dealership and I would return here for service and possibly sales down the road.

We had a fantastic experience in buying our new Bmw X5 at the Bmw Gallery of Norwood.
With Special thanks to Mark Tortolani who was patient and courteous enough to listen and address our concerns as this was our first car purchase.
We had no idea of the paper work involved and he really assisted and guided us in making the right decision. We never felt that he was trying to Push us into buying the car during our experience as we felt other dealer ships were doing.
Definately recommend BMW gallery of Norwood for a good car purchase as they will give you the time you need. Get hold of Mark Tortolani as he is the person you want to be dealing with!

I had the worst sales experience at this dealership.
The night prior to going in, I emailed the dealership to see if the car is there. They replied yes. In the morning, I called again to double check. This time they said the car was not available because the car is being certified. I asked if there was a similar new car that is available and the sales representative said yes. I go in and and was told the new car there is not available, but they can get the used one. After waiting 40 minutes, I was told the used is also not available.
I can’t believe how bad the experience at BMW of Norwood was. I’m not going to this dealership for service even though they are the closest…
PS — I ended up getting my new fully loaded 2016 340i xDrive from BMW of Springfield (Stephen King). I negotiated via email (really good price) and made one trip to pick up the car.

So where should I start, My fiancé and I purchased a 2015 640 gran coupe in January of this year from Mario and I must say he is beyond awesome. He really takes into consideration your needs and wants and was never pushy in terms of selling the car. Unfortunately accidents happen and I no longer have that vehicle, so a few weeks ago my fiancé and I went to purchase another vehicle a 2016 750i needed something bigger and better, needless to say again the transaction was smooth and pleasant as ever, Mario is the man to see at BMW Gallery, he rocks. I really hate to knock a business based on reviews (in certain circumstances yes) I like to see and do things first hand.
Tim Hall is excellent in all he has to offer as the BMW Genius… talk about above and beyond in meeting the expectations for customer service. Round of applause and kudos to him.

Purchased my 3 series from Gallery in 2009 and it was a nightmare. I was sold a car which only days after leaving the dealership the paint began to chip away on the bumper. Apparently the car had gotten some damage on the sales lot, so rather than repairing it the right way, paint was simply sprayed to mask the damage. Fast forward 5 years, I was in the market earlier this month for a new vehicle. Given the poor experience I had before I decided to give them a second chance and hoped that things could turn around and perhaps this experience would be different…
Nope! That did not work out for me. They low balled my trade so much, that it was offensive. The sales person was extremely casual, assigning me a nick name almost upon meeting, and at the end of this super fast encounter, they let me walk away from a potential deal. Clearly customer retention is not in their wheel house. I went to Prime Mercedes across the street and had an amazing experience. It’s disappointing that a dealership experience is what caused me to leave a brand.

Came back to this place several times since I purchased my car here, and let me tell you they screwed me up more than 3 times.
1) After I bought my car, I obviously had to give the dealer a check before I can drive away. The law allows you to drive a vehicle for 7 days, and you have to register within this time in order to drive on the road. My car salesman told me he would handle it, but I didn’t hear anything back around 4 – 5 days. I called the dealership, he told me that they didn’t receive the insurance information and asked me to call my insurance company. I called, and my insurance company said they faxed 4 days ago, and they have proof of delivery. I said the dealership didn’t have anything, and they gladly faxed the info immediately, and they called me couple hours later and wanted me to confirm the dealership had it. Even after this, the car salesperson still told me it’s my insurance company’s fault (shouldn’t BMW follow up with me or them???). So this was the first time — I almost didn’t have car to drive to work and had to call a cab because the sales man is too busy selling other new cars — BUT NOT registering me vehicle.
2) After the 1^st incident, I am already pissed off. Only to find out a week later they did not send the info for my roadside assistance. There’s no excuse, so I gave them a bad rating on the survey. The manager called and asked me what he could do, and so I thought they could at least make it up to me in some way i.e. free car washes, extended warranty etc etc. BUT the manage said WHAT HAPPENED HAPPENED. THERE IS NTH HE COULD DO. He said YOU ALREADY BOUGHT THE CAR. WHY DON’T YOU JUST ENJOY IT??? I can’t do anything else at this point.
I contacted the BMW HQ, and they said talk to the dealership — if the dealership could solve the issue, why would I talk to them???
3) Now fast forward one year, I went to get my inspection cause I am pretty sure the car sales guy told me it’s free within the warranty. I was doubtful since it’s handled by the state, so I thought fine I will go. ONLY to find out I had to pay $ 35 and wait 1 hour. I soon realized how deceitful and cunning that guy is. The service manager asked what happened. I told him, and he said well, you pay the money to the states, so it’s not free (Duh of course I know that! He blatantly told me I was wrong). At a bmw dealership, I expected at least sth like he apologize and maybe waive it and eat the loss since it’s that guy’s fault. I should have recorded what that guy said and sue them — next time I would definitely do this. The car sales guy also misrepresented the warranty to me, and I realized that only after it’s too late and paid for the car.
To those people who read and don’t believe what I said — just go ahead and experience it yourself. NEVER again will I own a BMW. I am writing this to reflect on what I learned which is 1) I will never purchase a BMW ever again 2) I will tell people I know and use social media to inform you about my bad experience 3) Dealership are generally cunning and sad people. Just like the cabs, I hope sth like UBER will come out one day and replace those dealers because of the awful and dreadful car buying process
PS I have high standards — I don’t just give out 5 star or 1 star reviews easily. You can look at my review distributions since I want to be fair and help those 5 star businesses flourish and stand out from the mediocre ones and make the bad ones go extinct. I write my reviews based on price, customer service/​experience, value (what you pay vs what you get) and last but not least taste or deliver what they are supposed to deliver.

I came to the dealership with expectation to buying a brand new M4. Its too bad the salesman there did not come to greet us or even acknowledge we were there. They just lost a quick and easy sale. I assume we were ignored because we weren’t dressed nicely as we were coming from the gym lol. Their loss not mine. I recommend everyone to go to BMW Norwell. It is a much better atmosphere and the customer service there is great!

So my husband has been taking the car to BMW in Norwood. He has taken it back several times for the same issue and it has just been a disaster. Here I sit today waiting for my car to be fixed. Attitude of staff when you walk in is aloof. CUSTOMER SERVICE people — let’s be nice to your customers.
And I wait, wait, wait, … I hope I get to go home today :)
What a disaster.

Several times I have called in the last month alone for a service request, every time I called I would be transferred then transferred back, they they asked I leave a message for a call back, no one EVER called. I had to bring my car elsewhere to get the service done since they clearly are too busy to book any service here.
Since Saturday 3÷7÷15 I have called for the parts department to order a rear brake sensor for my car, that day alone I called 8 times to not even speak to a person in parts, it is now a week later, I have called 3 times to be transferred only to be transferred back to the receptionist, who I asked to speak with the parts manager, at this point she transfers me, I left a voicemail with the parts manager, he called me back promptly and I ended up ordering it with him right over the phone. But it should not have escalated to this point!
Very disappointed, you should get more phone people to be cross trained in helping schedule service or order parts over the phone to help the overflow in those 2 areas of high volume.
