I am adding this update, because I have decided to give them just one more try. I have since ordered oil from them twice, and have had absolutely no problems. Either they have new management, or they finally got their act together.

I’ve gotten oil from Law Fuel a couple times now, and have not any problems. Their pricing is good, and described well on their website, with no hidden delivery charges.

Warning! Don’t use this company! They are crooks! They did not deliver the oil i prepaid for. They did not refund me money from a previous«pay in advance» delivery. They will take your money and give you nothing in return! Warning! Don’t use this company!

Our service from law fuel was the most pathetic and ridiculous excuse from Customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were repeat customers of theirs this past February when we ordered oil for our tenant for our 2 family home. They incorrectly delivered the oil to the wrong tank and it took 8 days of phone calls and emails to resolve the situation. Each phone call to their emergency line was virtually unheard as we told their reps over and over that their mistake was going to lead to our tenant running out of oil. They claimed they sent a truck out 4 times but somehow 8 days went by without oil. I spoke to their manager who was not concerned and said he’d send oil out as soon as he could. Another few days went by and we emailed saying we were no longer going to wait for their service and would seek help elsewhere. I’m disgusted with their disregard for customer care and lack of attention to customer service. Our oil request was arranged ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery and their mistake caused us time and money as we had to bleed the lines– not to mention a tenant without heat in February. Do yourself a favor and seek an oil company elsewhere.

Not good. Not good at all. I ordered my first batch of oil this fall and the owner delivered. I was on my way out of the house when he arrived and I checked in with him to make sure everything was OK. I got home and on the receipt, he wrote«Need ladder». No problem. On a Thursday before an incredibly cold spell, I realized I was low on oil and I ordered online at about 8am. The money came out of my account immediately so I assumed I was all set. At 5:30pm, I received a call from a woman at Law who says they can’t deliver to my address because my road is too bumpy. I drive a Honda Fit so driving down my road is not off-roading by any means and gigantic UPS trucks and many other oil trucks come down my road regularly. I explained that it was close to the weekend, that I had already been charged, and that Law had delivered to me in the past. I asked why they didn’t give me notice that they wouldn’t deliver oil to me after the first time coming to my house. I asked to speak with the owner and he rudely picked up the phone, refusing to come out. After arguing with him, he reluctantly agreed to deliver oil to me, after I pointed out that he never gave me notice he wouldn’t deliver after the first time and that he already had over $ 300 of my money. I assumed I was a customer of his now, right? He raised his voice and ended the conversation by saying«Get the ladder!» News flash: there’s a set of stairs you can walk down too, which I politely tried to explain to him to no avail. Now, we are mid-winter and I am having trouble finding an oil company that will take me on as an official customer. Oil delivery is a service that people pay really good money for. It wouldn’t hurt to have some common courtesy and willingness to work with customers reasonably.

The worst experience ever!!! The owner delivers the oil himself which was not the problem. I WAS a new customer, came outside to greet him and he looks at me and throws his arms in the air saying«I ain’t deliverin’ it»(we just had 1 foot of snow). I said I had no oil at all and 2 kids inside and he said — «sorry, I ain’t goin’ through that snow». RUDERUDERUDE. I would have dragged the hose to the hook up myself and I’m a woman. The prince got back in his big truck and drove away. Read what they say on their website below! IT’s a big lie!!! No customer service, no friendliness, just a lazy man who doesn’t care about his customers. HE“S THEOWNER!!! not even an employee. Read reviews — they matter and no one says good things about this guy.
