Pizzeria Bruno’s

Have ordered take out from here before. Salads are dull, pizza is decent at best and tonight I ordered the Pasta a la Bruno and it was terrible. There was practically no sauce and what sauce was there, was like pure water. Heaping serving of spaghetti with barely any toppings or sauce. I could have made it better myself ten fold.

The service is great and the food is delicious. My favorite pizza place. I’m pretty obsessed with their meatball pizza. Delivery is usually pretty on point time wise and their prices are more than reasonable. Definitely recommend !!!

I always order from Bruno’s, probably for over 10yrs– since I was a 16yr old working part time on route 1 in norwood.
They have excellent Pizza and the salads are always fresh. I recommend the Bruno Special for a yummy pizza and the Greek Salad is always clean and fresh.
The order is always correct, and they accommodate our pain in the neck request (extra olives/​pita bread/​light on the mayo/​no artichoke, etc…)
Delivery is quick, and today I had a unique situation — one of my children is sick– and needs to be held constantly, the deliveryman kindly brought our order into the house and placed it on our table — it was a very kind gesture and really showed the kindness in Bruno’s workers. Thanks for going the extra mile and having some empathy. Has been a long couple of days/​nights and it’s always nice to a) not have to cook dinner and b) have a kind delivery man understand I had my hands full, and make the decision to make my life a bit easier.

Bridgewater Bruno’s possibly the worst customer service in my life, We called I asked for a Bruno’s Calzone, he said you have an old menu Goodbye. and hung up, I called back asked for a manager got a kid sounder younger than my 25 year old son, told me he was an owner, when I complained he said” well sorry”. Basically to get over it. He said you want everything but the kitchen sink calzone. (was that so hard). I said fine and then asked for a Cheeseburger Sandwich as well, «American» told me I cannot have it. It is only available to people who join a Dinner Club, Extremely rude people, Horrible service I have been in the hospitality service for 20 years and have NEVER had or seen service as poor as I received on the phone. Would not order from them ever again to bad they had some great food at one time

Had gotten pizza from here in the past and it has been good.
Ordered pizza tonight for pats game spent $ 16 dollars and some change for a lg 4 topping pizza. Which was fine gave delivery driver 3 dollar tip.
Pizza showed up in a timely fashion but dough was under cooked. So I called them to let them know what happened and the person on the other end of the phone hardly let me get a word in. He thought I was going to complain that it took to long to get the pizza. So I had to interrupt him and say no it wasn’t that the pizza is under cooked it’s still doughy. He said oh next time your pizza is free.
10 min later sounded like same guy (the customer in shop must have left) he calls me back and said that pizza I cooked myself if anything it was over cooked.
How many times does a business owner of a pizza shop call a customer back and accuses them of lying? Never right? Showed you what a poor business owner this guy is.
I told him I would get up go out in the cold miss part of game and bring it back to him so he could see for himself the dough was not good fully. When I got there he proceeded to say the pizza was over cooked not under cooked. (Thats just as bad isn’t it)? What’s his point?
He then accused me of not paying the full amount to his driver. I gave him $ 20.00 for a $ 16 dollar and some chance order. I gave him $ 5.00 in dollar coins.
I will never and I urge you to get your pizza elsewhere. Unless you enjoy having your character challenged. And raw pizza or over cooked as owner attested to.

Wow. Last night’s meal was zero stars. I’m giving them two for having some decent meals in the past. But after last night, we will never go back.
My boyfriend and I placed an order for two small roast beef subs and a Caesar salad.
The food arrived quickly, which seemed great at the time. But what we received was a bag of disappointment.
Each roast beef sub had ONE slice of roast beef on each half, overlapping in the middle to give the illusion of two slices when first biting into half. The sad lack of meat proved to be a blessing though because the meat was so dry and fatty we could barely chew through it. I’m nauseated just remembering that leathery texture. Disgusting.
We opted to throw that trash away and just split the salad. Somehow, the soggy, wilting lettuce made a better meal.
Overall, one of the top five worst delivery meals I have ever received. They should be ashamed for even exiting the building to bring that food to someone.

We just ordered a lot of food from here for the office. The salads were tiny compared to, well, everywhere else nearby. The Caesar salads came with Greek or oil and vinegar dressing. Also the Caesar salads had a little parmesan cheese that came out of a shaker like you would put on pasta. The subs were pitiful and with more bread and less fillings than even a basic subway sandwich (and the bread was no where as good). The steak and cheese was not warm and had unmelted cheese slices sitting on top and could not even be ordered with onions and peppers. With all the other options nearby, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. We will not be ordering from here ever again.

Even for their low prices their food is awful. Rubbery eggplant in their eggplant parm with like a teaspoon of sauce and low-​grade cheese. Their veggie sandwich consists of iceberg lettuce, a couple of dices of tomato, and a few bits of onion with prison-​grade cheese on extra-​dry bread. Their pizza is greasy and overloaded with cheese (and not in the good way). Never again.

The pizza was alright, but it had way too much cheese on it (The layer of cheese was thicker than the crust!) to the point that I really couldn’t eat more than a slice, and I felt sick after (from the grease, not from anything else). The toppings were a bit on the scarce side, and for the money, really wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t be against eating here again, I would just not get the pizza again.

Great Pizza for the price! Love that they have free delivery and you can order online. I made a mistake on my online order with Grub Hub and called them and the women who picked up the phone was very nice and helped my fix my error with no problems. Im very happy a menu ended up in my mail box.
Will be getting pizza here often, cant wait to try the subs!

I stopped in for a sandwich because it was convenient. The chicken parm sandwich was ok. Service was ok. They had slices ready to go at the counter but it looked like they had been there for a while.
Overall it seems pretty run-​of-​the-​mill, and it drives me bonkers when places like this don’t take debit/​credit. Yeah, we know the credit card companies rip off the little guy with fees, but I don’t want to have to stop at the ATM just to pick up a sandwich on the way home.
Their prices seem reasonable, and they offer delivery in Norwood and Westwood.
Could do better, could do worse.

I’ve heard good things about this from some people at work, and a workmate and I decided to give it a try. It is a small typical Italian style pizza place. There were maybe 6 or 7 small two person tables there. They seem to do more take-​out/​delivery service. The slice of cheese pizza I had was very good. Not too much of anything, and the size of a single slice was equal to two slices if I were to a large take-​out pizza. Prices are excellent also. For the slice and a 20 oz. soda, it set me back $ 3.10. When I can save up enough money to go back, I certainly will. They have pizza, subs, salads, and some other dinners.
