Terrible experience this morning. Had a 9:30am appointment and showed up at 9:20am. Gave some time to fill out new patient paperwork. No parking in lot but got much worse than that. After 10:15 came around I finally ask if I had the right time of my appointment and was told yes it was 9:30am. No one said sorry they are running behind schedule or anything. So at 10:30 I finally went back and still no one said anything about the time. So after 15 more mins sitting in a dental chair now I finally got up and left. You think someone might have called me to apologize or something. Nothing. They really don’t care. Can’t tell you if dentist are nice but can tell u the staff didn’t give a crap.

Went there years ago. And never went back. Staff rude, décor was horrible. And brought newly done ex-ray from dentist but they insisted on retaking them which I had to pay for. Went for TMJ and waited 2 hours. Doc spent five minutes to say yeah u have tmj. Duh I knew that gave me no help. And I swear only spent five minutes. Never AGAIN

Date of visit: 8÷14÷2012 Scenario: Our regular dentist while in the middle of working on my daughter’s back lower molar, sheared the tooth off under the gum line. They wanted to continue to work on it and create a crown… okay even with insurance that’s about $ 800. Since my daughter’s teeth are too big for her mouth, and her wisdom tooth was coming in, I decided to have the tooth pulled and asked them for a referral. When we walked inside, it looked like we stepped back in time to the 70s… you know Back to the Future. But don’t let the looks of this place fool you! These people are really good. So we are there for the initial consult, and I asked the dentist(Female Indian Girl… yes she was HOT!!! and I was having problems concentrating on the topic at hand… LOL) about having the tooth pulled today. She said if I wanted general anesthesia for the tooth it would take about 2 — 4 weeks to set up the apt. I told her a local would be fine(what the heck, it’s not my mouth… LOL. okay just kidding, they also offered Nitrous Oxide, ya know, Laughing Gas). In under 10 min, my daughter’s offending tooth was a part of history. Prices: Reg Dentist: Visit: $ 0(no copay) Crown/Root Canal: $ 800 Total $ 800 (still needs teeth pulled to make room for straightening, cosmetic cost not covered) Specialist Oral Surgeon: Copay to pull tooth $ 10 Nitrous Oxide(Laughing Gas): $ 125.00 Total $ 135.00 (extra space, free of charge) So back to stepping back into the 70’s. This oral surgeon’s office has not gone digital… X-rays are paper copy faxed, real X-rays films, light boards, & not a single computer to type notes on.
