The Finish Line

So just came from White Marsh Mall store and I had planned to buy shoes for my daughter she was with me and saw some shoes she liked waited for at least 12 – 15 minutes to be acknowledged so she could try a pair on for size by the way the store was not busy at all otherwise I would understand the wait after the employee brings her the shoe he completely disappeared we waited for him for another 15 minutes because although the shoe fit and she wanted them there was only one shoe in the box I’m aware that this could have meant that the other shoe was the one on display but I’m not an employee of Finishline and am not aware of their policies needless to say he never returned so we went to counter the cashier who actually was a pretty good guy and employee from what I can see grabbed the missing shoe but only after my daughter told him the shoe was missing he then said I thought the box seemed light lol smh anyway if I hadn’t already had my mind made up to buy whatever shoes she saw I would’ve definitely took my money somewhere else #poorcustomerservice
