Andersen’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Jeremy at Andersen’s is great, he was so informative and clear about the costs, and process. The day of he arrived on time and ready to work. He generously helped me move the last piece of furniture out the way and got to work. He was super communicative throughout and I would highly recommend him.

Jeremy was back again for our annual carpet cleaning. He’s just wonderful and does an
excellent job. He’s like a good friend by now. Do try Andersen’s! You won’t be disappointed.

Did a good job on cleaning, but up charged me by $ 30.00 because I had a large bedroom, even tho I told him. Needed 4 area rugs cleaned and told him the sizes. Would not clean the one by the front door, even tho it was part of the quote, because it would fade? I’ve had all my rugs cleaned multiple times. Still charged $ 30. more for the bedroom and did not give me credit for the area rug he did not clean. Hate for someone to change their price after the job. Get it in writing FIRST. Not the lousy $ 30., but he lost a good client over it.

Courteous, professional and extremely high quality service. Had some stains on my car seats that had been there for a few years, and thought they’d be impossible to remove. I was proven wrong, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Jeremy did an excellent job. My carpets are cleaner than when I moved in to my rental. The price was more than reasonable.

I’ve been using Andersen’s for two years and couldn’t be happier. The technicians are courteous, knowledgable, and super hard-​working. I have a cat, and two dogs that go to a kennel on a regular basis, so they are dirty pups, and my house came with white carpeting (who installs white carpet?! I know, but it is what it is). Needless to say, after a while I start to get a brown carpet, and just within one hour Andersen’s gets it looking like new. It’s amazing. Truly. On top of that, their are super competitively priced. I HIGHLY recommend.

Over the years we’ve used many carpet cleaners in Marin. Jeremy is by far the best of the lot; in fact, there’s not even a close second.
Jeremy works solo so you don’t have to worry about somebody coming out to give a great spiel and then sending whoever to do the actual work. He explained what he was doing and why every step of the way and diagnosed and fixed some tough stains that we weren’t even aware of.
Not only does he love his work, he is identified with it. Hire him!

The company I work for uses Andersen’s to clean our office carpet. We have light beige Berber carpet which gets dirty easily and shows every little stain. Each time Jeremy has cleaned it, it looks almost new! He does an amazing job. Not only that, but he is timely and efficient. He offers helpful hints on how to avoid future stains and wear and tear. He knows his stuff! I would highly recommend Andersen’s to anyone who is in need of a safe, reliable, honest and knowledgeable carpet cleaning service. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

I used this company because I heard they are the best of the best. I have several high end rental properties and they were called in to fix a job that was done incorrectly by St — ly steamer. I thought the carpet was permanently stained and water marked. It is a white color berber type. They made no promises but explained what they saw and said they would give it a shot! The carpet came out like new saving me 6−9k carpet job. I now have them clean everything including my office after hours. I even had to leave my office early for an emergency and they finished and locked it up. Not to many companies provide this level of service. Trusted

I stalled on having my carpet cleaned for over a year before I finally got this recommendation. And I’m happy to say that Andersens met my tough quality standards. From the first phone call until the truck pulled away, Jeremy and Thomas were professional, courteous, on time, efficient and did an excellent job. My carpets and pads were expensive, and I have a dog. I know that carpet cleaners are a commodity. And I needed to make sure that I got a firm that didn’t use cheap chemicals that left residues or who soaked the carpet with moisture that ruins the backing. Jeremy and Thomas did a terrific job on my carpet. This was the second time I had them do my carpets and I do not hesitate in giving them the highest Unilocal rating. As other reviews attest, they are very professional and my carpets never looked better. I grew up in Marin and my Mom has used Andersen’s for years and years. So does my sister as well. Nothing like getting a local family’s «word of mouth» to know you’re investing in a good service.
