Took my son-​in-​law here for a special strongman training session with Jon himself while in town for the wedding. In setting it up i found Jon to be very helpful and willing to work with him.
During the session Jon pushed him to new limits and gave him coaching on form, preperation, and other areas.
I highly recommend Jon to others.
