History
Established in 2011.
Karin has created exercise programs for dogs that need more than a leash walk. These one on one and group sessions focus on improving your dogs speed, strength and flexibility as well as overall health, wellness and longevity. Multiple studies have shown that exercising builds muscle, burns calories, raises your dogs metabolism and alleviates anxiety. Depending on the weather, our trainers run your dog’s at Marin Headlands, Lyford, Tenderfoot, West Blithedale, Oakwood & Pacheco Valley, Indian Valley College, Bel Marin Keys and Rodeo Beach. Karin takes the precautionary measure to run dogs on the earth surface, trails or packed sand, not on asphalt or gravel because it increases muscle hypertrophy and prevents muscle atrophy.
