Good luck getting a refund! I ordered a powder that ended up being too dark through their site. My plan was to re-order a lighter color through them after I returned the dark color. On their site it says you have to fill out an «rma» form, and they will give me an rma# that’s required for a return. It’s not like they’re paying for the shipping label to return, they just make you get an «rma#» to delay the return and to make it harder. So I filled out the form and heard nothing back. I called and they said that by the end of the day I should get an email with the number. Still no number by the end of the day, so I called back and someone else said, «in 24hrs». Nothing after 24hrs. I called back and this time they said, «no it’s within 24 business hours». I gave them over 48 «business hours», and still nothing! I called and had to answer a crap load of questions just to get my freaking«rma#», and finally they gave me the stupid 4-digit # that I was required to write on the packaging and invoice. After I shipped it I was never credited, so I called and the girl said, «yeah, um, so we got it and they’re looking at it and they should process if within a couple business days». Are your employees there that dumb that they have to take 2 days to process in their brains how to initiate a return? When I finally got my money back, they slyly kept their $ 5.95 shipping charge. Nowhere on the site does that say it’s non-refundable. While I was going to re-order the lighter color, they have lost my business due to the difficulties in getting a refund!
