Both the «Beauty industry» and the «health industry» frequently misrepresent information that is critical to women’s well-​being in order to meet their primary goal: selling products through the media. THIS is what Juliet Stewart Health and Beauty is NOT about.

With over 20 years of beauty Industry experience, Juliet has practiced makeup artistry at its highest levels, globally working with women of all walks of life. She brings this eclectic approach to her downtown boutique coupled with a compassionate take on Health & Beauty.

Since 2004, Juliet Stewart Health & Beauty has provided a comfortable, non-​pretentious, relaxed environment, helping women understand that make-​up should not be worn to disguise one’s self, or to create a façade to hide behind. Rather, Make-​up is a personal tool, enabling a woman to discover her own personal beauty– who she really is-​and not what the current industry «trend» says a woman should be.

Juliet S.

Business Owner

Juliet brings to her work an Italian sensibility. She is a native of Italy who came to the US as a young woman. Her creations for each individual woman are timeless and unforgettable. With over 20 years in the industry, Juliet has practiced make-​up artistry at its highest levels. Her experience includes a position with Lancôme Cosmetics responsible for sales, training & events in 26 department stores. As National Makeup Artist for Prescriptives Cosmetics (Estee Lauder Co.), she worked throughout the US, Europe, & Asia during a 10 yr period; 4 yrs as National Makeup Artist exclusive to Saks 5^th Avenue. After resigning in 1999, she was asked by the president to return. She became Senior Make-​up Artist with her own private makeup studio in the NY office with a task to create high profile clientele. She was so respected and effective, that Prescriptives featured her in a National TV Commercial.
