I just called in because I recently moved here and my old dryer has a three prong plug and the house has a four prong. I simply asked if they would do anything and he said he would bring it over when he got a chance. I bought the washer and dryer almost three years ago under a 12 or 18 month payment plan so we’ve had it for a while. To still get help is nice. He didn’t even ask for the account information. Great customer service. If I ever need or want anything again I would go there for a payment plan option. Now for the store I bought it from they probably should have left both plugs with us but that was in ks.

The chic behind the counter is about as rude and cocky as they come. I think she doesn’t really like her job. The«assistant manager» is useless I’m not sure what he even does exactly. We just moved from NV to IL and needed a Fridge in the new house along with W/D and furniture till our stuff got here. They delivered the fridge, DIDNOT hook up the water for the ice maker. Put in the W/D and didn’t have the vent piece for the dryer and did not hook up the water for the steam part of the Dryer. When asked WHY? they stated that they weren’t suppose to because of «liability» issues!!? Are you kidding me? NO! It’s because it seems this store needs ALL new employees. The delivery guys were OK, but fact is this store does NOT know what Customer Service is! So today the living room group was suppose to be delivered at 3pm. At 4 pm my husband called asking where they were. «OHhhh the Living Room group is actually still sitting here, it will be closer to 7!» 7??? Are you kidding me. Does anyone actually run this store? This was already agreed upon on Monday!!!

This place is a joke. I was in town for business and my computer failed me In the hotel. I stopped by and wanted to rent a computer for the weekend quickly! However this place had no clue what was going on. They didn’t understand that fact that I didn’t want to keep it for a month. I don’t understand why they care I was paying for 2 weeks. Besides that they knew I was in a rush and they refused to process my information. There were 5 associates sitting in the office and not 1 was coming out to help. Are you serious? And the best part about this is they gave us the wrong charger, but we noticed before we left the store, thankfully. But even that wasn’t the worst. When we got back to the hotel the computer was completely wiped out and was unusable. Had to return it for a refund. Thanks Aaron’s for a waste of 3 hours of my time that I didn’t have! What a ripoff.
