Where did my review go? I recently reviewed this company and today I returned to write a follow up. No idea what happened to my first review.
Here goes again. I saw an ad in the slick papers which come in the mail. I mentioned it to my friend. She said she had bought glasses here and was very pleased. I called for an appointment and mentioned the ad I saw. The person who answered the phone mentioned an offer which was even better. I made an appointment the same day. I was examined by the Dr. He was very nice and thorough. I wanted two pair of sunglasses. I specifically wanted plastic frames because I push my glasses up on the top of my head. If I have the separate nose pieces, the nose pieces get caught in my hair. There have been times, when we have thought we were going to have to cut the glasses off of my hair. So– plastic frames are for me. There were not too many choices in the bottom level but the representative went to the back room and brought out several more pairs. I had plenty of frames to choose from. I found two which were great for me. I ordered the two pair. There was no high pressure sell to add more features which is typical elsewhere. I was very pleased with the total price.
Now the update– I went back this week to get my glasses. The manager fitted them perfectly. The Rx is great and I am delighted. Suggestion — give this company a try– you will be happy.

Great pricing on designer frames. Service excellent. My glasses were ready as promised. The store was very busy so the doctor came out and fitted my glasses. I have never seen that before and was impressed!
